Can anyone tell me how to remove the chat box once it's up on the screen? There's no button to click it off.... it just sits at the top hand right hand corner and doesn't turn off
Very recent MYOB user. I use it to run a retail furniture business. Is there anyway of adding the customer's phone number onto a printed invoice? It will be helpful when customer's purchases need to be delivered. So a delivery driver can contact the customer re delivery.
Hello, great video. How do I go about opening an invoice after saving/payment received for example to print the invoice? I click on the invoice number and all I get is the loading signal nothing ever happens after that. Would love to know if there is a way of being able to open the invoice for printing after payment received/saved. Thanks!
Hi, I’ve just created an invoice, It’s a new set up, I followed the instructions, your software is a little different to mine but similar anyway, I did all of the other above and went to email invoice and it came back to me as a account is required. Tax code is required. I am a new business, therefore I won’t be earning more than 70,000 a year at presents. Could you please help,if you can.
Hi. Wondering if you can help me out. I've received an overpayment from a customer, and he wants to leave it in credit. I've used MYOB AR for a long time, but this file is only in my browser (i.e. Business). How do I process this overpayment in the browser version?
