From GPT, don't know if it's 100% true. The T.A.T. Flying Club, also known as the Transcontinental Air Transport Flying Club, was an early American aviation organization associated with Transcontinental Air Transport (T.A.T.), a pioneering airline founded in 1928 by Clement Melville Keys. T.A.T. was notable for offering the first coast-to-coast air and rail service in the United States, connecting New York City to Los Angeles. The T.A.T. Flying Club was created as a promotional and membership-based initiative to engage the public in aviation and provide exclusive benefits to members, such as discounted flights, special events, and access to private aviation facilities. This club was part of the broader effort to make air travel more appealing and accessible to the general public during the early years of commercial aviation. T.A.T. later merged with Western Air Express to form Transcontinental and Western Air (TWA) in 1930, which eventually became one of the major U.S. airlines.
I love this video!! So glad you guys did this. I’ve been obsessed with the speedy for a long time. Even before I knew about the moon story I just love the design. Then hearing the moon story I really fell in love.
An excellent video and a stellar collection of Speedmasters! We would love to see your entire collection, Wei. A State of the Collection video will be amazing! Seeing a watch enthusiast and journalist being also a serious collector is awesome!
“Tropical dial” came about, as far as I have read, from G.I.s in Vietnam. They wore things like Submariners that would bake in that South Asian sun and that’s what caused them to turn almost a chocolatey brown. Hence the “tropical” because of where they were in Vietnam.
12:55 Wei are you not wearing a 1861/3861 Steel Speedy for the whole video up until you introduce it as a yellow gold piece!? The YG is in the box not on wrist I reckon😉
@@KeepingWatchUK u sound like a keyboard warrior & spoil brad, keep up the good L ways of thinking & get a life! i have moonswatch , speedy, and many more
romain jerome moon DNA really has a piece of applo 11 that went to the moon with moon dust infused to the back of it. IMO, that series of watch REALLY went to the moon🤣
@@RevolutionWatch Hey, As One of your subcriber I just tried to give honest opinion. You dont need to challenge something as obvious as it seen in this video. Its better "co-host" act as interviewer not try as smart as Wei. I'm really dissapointed with the response. Not further debate, I'm unsubscribe this channel.
Used to want to add a Speedmaster Professional but gotten completely sick of it. Omega played it out. Way too many variations. It's just soo milked. I rather buy a vintage Heuer or a Orfina. If I added a Omega it be a vintage Omega Flight master or Mark 3 chronograph
How about going for one of the elusive vintage Omega Speedmaster? They are still quite under appreciated and holds more value in our opinion than many brands.
@@RevolutionWatch I think this is same person who previously posted about omega "9million limited editions"? Using a diff ID?😅 He seems to have a hatred for speedmasters 😂
@@RevolutionWatch Not so much as before, sans the reason of this video. No doubt the is a successful movement but its time to retire and build something new , as Patek, AP, Rolex...

A stunning collection of “hard to find “Omega Speedmaster watches.
As a collector that loves the Speedmaster and is building a sub collection (three so far), this video is fantastic. Great information.
Amazing collection, Wei!
As a fan from Mexico City, I adore this episode!!!
Great episode! I’m going to watch it again…. thank you.
Greatly appreciated!

Would love to take over the 105.012 😍 this video is going to hurt my pocket. Thanks, guys, great work!
My favorite Revolution episode. I could watch Wei’s enthusiasm all day. And I’m a huge Omega fan.
Love you guys. You’re great together
Thank you so much, more will come!
Vaya colección!!❤❤
Great interview and a great collection!
Very educational content delivered with much enthusiasm.
You should interview/chat with William Speedmaster101 again. That was a great episode.
I agree with the others -- a great episode! Thank you, guys. Surprised you didn't include the new Ed White, however.
😮 Wow! What a collection!!!
Very nice collection and good insights. Some of them are also my grail pieces😊
Amazing video guys 👏
Ultraman in Mexican 😄 I really enjoyed this episode. The amount of knowledge these two bring to the table is incredible. Not your average watch talk.
Glad you enjoyed it!

This was excellent. Thank you

Congrats the collektion is very nice.
The worlds most iconic watch imo and I’m disappointed that omega have been such poor custodians. Enjoyed the episode
Much appreciated. Omega did pretty well on their own merit.
Constant looks terrified to make any mistake during every single pause that follows the upcoming question from Wei.😂😂😂
More like keeping up with Wei's energy. I don't think terrified is the right word.
Nice video!
Is the collection still at display in The Temple of Speed in Singapore?
not that we know of.
anyone here know what the red/white shirt is? O_O super nice
If the gold speedy has a replacement bezel chances are the dial was also replaced hence why the O is incorrect with the age.
there's always a possibility.

moonswatch?

Unfortunately I don’t recommend diving deep wearing your speedmaster
Is this suppose to be a banter? I'm not really sure.

It's better if you make your own content so i can actually see your 'calibre'.
