It's so satisfying to walk the garden and access the last of the summer veggies. Some are being harvested, while others are being pulled out or being considered for overwintering (a new skill to learn). We were successful growing some medicinal herbs, which was a goal! We would love to hear more about what you are doing in the garden (or if you are considering a garden in the new year), as the weather is quickly changing, and a lot is going on in the atmosphere. 😊

Dry all of your mature leaves and roots for future use as you learn about them and they wil be ready for use as needed and can be stored for a long time!!

Great advice!...I need to just get things dehydrated and stored. Because if I don't move forward with something might lose all my hard work. It's getting cold quickly here. 😊

@wandanichols1187 Aren't they cute 🫠 Don't know if I will ever use them, but fun to grow. I didn't get as many eggplant as wanted , because love then. They were a slow grow for me. I hope your produce well for you. 🙂

You can chop and drop comfrey in your garden for fertilizer. It can help your compost too!!

I would dry, chop, and store them in airtight packages. Please make a video on the benefits of them.
