Working as an Assistant Manager who also serves as the Preceptor for New Staff in A very Luxurious Assistant Living Facility, mixed with my experiences working in the Nation's Top Hospitals for the last 20+ years I am so looking forward to starting my very own RALF!
Starting from scratch is both Exciting and Freighting at the same time.
I use your vidz as my own personal support "group" to give me the motivational and inspirational push one may need when starting from scratch.
So far I've created my Own Staff Training Materials , Policies & Procedures Manual (with help from my home State policies/requirements and lots of research), Resident Menus, and am now creating my own Ownership Manual so your vidz have been like devine education to me on my quest.
A LOT OF WORK IT IS But the Reward is so much more Greater than the Grind....

I'm in the recovery/transitional home business and am considering pivoting to assisted living for senior citizens. This is a great video on funding options. SBA was too much of a headache for me.
Happy Monday you give all the great points. This is so hard starting from scratch. I am not giving up the house hunting here in MD is just horrible. I have a good realtor but even she told me the market is just so bad.

I’m in the process of setting my business up; any advice on what I should put for my SIC code?
The very first thing I need to know is how much capital do I need to start? I feel like this video skips right over thar foundation question. Maybe I do have enough or would prefer to wait and save up enough to fund myself instead of paying any interest at all. I don't know because the fundamental question has been skipped - How much do I need to do this?
@Surg base on your experience and considering the housing market right now and everything in between, what do you think would be a reasonable amount of money to start a RALF in 2023? I live in Florida.
