He talked about how badly the industry treated him and how he got out in time because he wanted to live a normal family life. It was believed that Bill secretly never wanted to give up being in the spotlight and it was eventually proven in this movie. His natural talent though unused for over 30 yrs was once again tested. He was a natural talent. An excellent writer and consummate performer with so many memorable hits and with royalties that would last a lifetime. Ever since his childhood he just wanted to be loved and accepted and he received the ultimate acceptance when he was inducted into the 2015 Rock and Roll hall of fame, one of the greatest honors bestowed upon a senior performer! Kudos to you Bill. You made your mark in this world and it's something so many of us are still struggling to do before we ascend to the heavens. Just seeing your smiling face after all of the wonderful accolades was enough to believe that there truly is a God and he shined his glorious bright light upon you. Rest in peace Sir Bill. 👏
