Can't get the replacement to connect. Tried what is suggested here. No sure if the replacement headphone is defective? Usually when you pop a headphone into the case, the light turns on letting you know the bud is charging. The replacement bud doesn't trigger the light...

I emailed them, let them know, and they sent me another one. That one did end up working.

​@Thgdwn just press the bottom until it lights red, it takes like 15 seconds by just pressing it.

So I tried this out and it worked but now the og earbud won’t connect or charge in the case.
