ppl say this a bad signing and thats fair hes coming off a torn quad. But hes onna 1 year deal + when Jamal was at the top of league in his position Dennard Wilson (Titans DC now) was his DC. It was a no brainer. Now Jamal doesnt have to play superstar and can be a good role player for the team. Sneed, Chido, McCreary, Hooker, Adams. Definitely can be a top half of the league secondary. Low risk high value.
