They’re using the Staff of the Great Beyond btw, which casts both sorceries and incantations. You get it from the Finger Mother remembrance.
I love the utility of the staff, but damn the dps difference to other staff and seals is quite noticeable 😅😢

Am I wrong or you are using the same staff to cast both sorceries and incantations?? Is it dlc new staff-seal?
yes a new dlc staff you can cast both sorceries and incantations with it
It's great for hybrid casters, but tbh using it for healing sucks and you'll notice it doesn't scale higher than even the Golden Order Seal, resulting in mediocre dps. 😅
the lack of new clayman spells makes me big sad

Hey Cell, I’ve been running Black Blade and Golden Vow for Incantations but I don’t know if there are any other incantations that would go together with Black Blade. Do you have any advice or Recommendations?
You can use black flame incantations with black blade 😄
Erdtree or Godslayer seal for Catalyst? I do wanna try to get the most out of everything.

So true. Hoping we see some of these spells buffed or reworked.
Maybe the catalyst wasn't upgraded. Seen it do a ton of damage on bosses along with very good stance damage. For 10 fp, might over through night comet builds in terms of efficiency.

Immediately the difference between mantle of thorns and impenetrable thorns is so obviously out of whack. We already had the briar set, why do we need a spell that does the same thing? at least make it do a lot of bleed buildup
