2:28 PSA: The deck's main combo that was mentioned in the MBT short, starting from any wind up level 3 monster and any other level 3 monster, will end up special summoning every copy of rat and every copy of shark from the deck. You'll need to summon another level 3, but you'd be out of names. So, we have to play 1 rabbit to be used as material for Zenmaity #3. It's not a garnet because if you draw it you can use it as the level 3 wind-up monster for the combo. You can also achieve the same route from just drawing enough free 3s though which is why we only play 1.
Pieces for decks that I didn’t pull with gems and some other urs u can’t get like grass, super poly, stuff for branded before the pack came out which had urs u couldn’t get like albion
Wind up has a super high ceiling even compared to high roll combo decks, but you can get similarly impressive end boards compared to some other combo decks but those are decks that do it faster and easier than wind ups. It's just too time consuming for most people, we all kind of collectively agreed that it's not really worth the time or effort for most players. It's still stupid strong but definitely above most players patience and willingness to learn, it's pretty hard too. Like even for a combo deck it's really really complicated.
The deck seems like it could definitely play through a fair bit of interruption, but if they have Maxx "c" or Nibiru? Yeah you're probably in for a bad time. The best you could hope for at that stage is your opponent doesn't Nibiru you before you make Appo. If they Maxx "c" you and you don't have Ash though? Good luck with that.
I don't run Gallis in my build because it might accidentally mill one of the search later targets like Scythe, Fusion Destiny, or even the material Destiny heros for DPE, it's just to risky in my opinion. Plus running cards like Gilasaurous can fill that void while also being the single best card to return off of Birdman. Edit: it does make sense as to why you would run Gallis though, as I does have the potential to mill a Wind-Up that can be summoned off of Rat, but the deck goes through so much advantage anyways that it doesn't truly matter.
Wow, it's a relatively cheap deck. If I open a few Win-up packs I could craft this deck. Edit: Ok the extra deck is kinda expensive NLG, but having the staples already means I Only need to open Wind-up packs to get deck
@@Shadow8332 that's the thing. I have all staples already. I'm literally just missing the Wind-up stuff. Focusing on crafting staples before commiting to a deck was a good chlicr IMO. Still don't have all of them (missing Ghost Ogre and Belle) but I have the more popular ones

Idk if they's sarcasm with basically every ed card being a ur and 7 of them not being staples
