NSE Tropicals Tour - Philodendron, Anthurium, and more! - Plant One On Me - Ep. 095
Вставка
- Опубліковано 5 гру 2018
- If you recall in Episodes 60 - 62, we toured Enid Offolter's, founder of NSE Tropicals, facility. However, that was in the winter right after Hurricane Irma, so this time she wanted to show us just how lush her greenhouses can be in the heat of the summer.
I was filming solo here at NSE Tropicals so pardon if I didn't get as many up-close shots as I could!
For those of you wondering, Enid offers a variety of hard-to-find plants on her website across a variety of families and genera, so you'll have to check it out here: bit.ly/2IdtVPA

A year later.... every single plant in this video are high in demand and the price sky rocketed instantly.
This is a really nice greenhouse, amazing!
Yes this is 3 yrs old or so but I've been following for a long time. I'm loving this lady here at this greenhouse! You've found a gem for sure! Thank u for sharing your tour with us! 😘
Well Summer, you may have met your match with Enid when it comes to the Latin binomials! Like yourself, she just whizzes around those multiple syllabic tongue-twisters with such ease. What a stunningly beautiful collection - it just cheers the heart, and you can see Enid's enthusiasm and joy in her plants.
Casual M.obliqua at the end 😱 my jaw dropped.
I noticed that....my word😁
I recognized it before without the trash. I jumped on the comment section!
@23:34 good eye!
Now it’s pretty affordable…😂
I have watched this sooooooo many times. I pause it over and over and try to identify identify the aroids. Of all the wonderful things you do these visits to greenhouses and botanical gardens really feed my soul.
Subtropical Plant Life i
Two of my favourite plant ladies together again. I'm a humble Knight in the presence of two powerful Queens!
👑🌱👑
Two beautiful plant ladies... in a beautiful jungle of plants... what more could I ask for 😊 Thank you Summer..
Great to see how they have taken the destructiveness of nature and turned it into an opportunity for improvement. Nice to see her nursery’s mother plants looking their best in the hot, humid Florida summer sunshine.
We need another NSE tour❤❤❤
This is probably one of my favorite Fieldtrips of yours.
Mis Enid also has such a nice air around her, its a pleasure to listen to her. Even more so because she is very knowledgeable and appears as if you just dragged her away from her work to make this vid! :D Your both guys enthusiasm and passion for plants is rubbing off on me! xD Thanks!
thank you for another great tour! I love these. She seemed so much more comfortable this time around-nice to see her growth in addition to the plants-they are wonderful together! Her passion (and yours) are such fun to watch. Also it is so great to see her come back from such a devastating hurricane. Kudos to her and the others in Florida who put things back together.
I keep finding myself sighing every time she introduces a big leafed plant. So many beautiful plants! Everything's so breathtaking
I can see the passion in Enid's eyes, moreso when she talks.. Amazing plants, hoping one day I can have even one plant from NSE!
Love from the Philippines..
Just visited their website, seeing every single beautiful plant as 'sold out' really got me feeling some type of way 😭☔
Yes - I'm wondering why they don't have sellable stock. Ugh.
Personally DM her . She can probably release some from her collection.
Great video as always! Please continue to post new greenhouse tours! And I'd love to see more from NSE in the future!
Omg finally!!! I’ve been talking to enid and waiting for this vid to come out forever now 😍😍😍
Soooo amazing!!
Summer Rayne I just have to say this episode came out right before finals week for me and it is such a great break and treat to watch this as my study break! (It also went so well with the Bloom and Grow Radio episodes this week and last) so thank you for making these tours!

Wow what a fantastic field trip! Your hostesses passion was so evident, what a cool lady.
Yaaaay! I LOVE NSE tropicals. I've been stalking some of the plants on their site, waiting for stock. NSE is definitely my favorite business you've visited. Enid is great on camera; I love listening to her.
So glad to see that the plants have recovered. Everything looks so lush :)
Absolutely breathtaking.
Absolute favorite tour so farrr so stunning!🧡
Hello! I m from north east part of India, these plants esp.anthuriums grow wild, itself as humidity is very high there.
Please visit that part of India, u will go crazy seeing green every where.
I can never get tired of watching this episode…
I used to visit her place when I lived down in South Florida. She was actually just down the street from me.
I just got my Anthurium Veitchii through the mail, I can't stop staring at it! Love that the Veitchii is mentioned in this video *hearteyes!

So Beautiful. I Love Philodendron and Anthurium .
The new shaded area they built is divine. I could hang out in there all day. The view up to the sky is gorgeous. I was hoping you guys would make your way back to the corner with all the smaller colorful guys across from the entrance. Great video wish it had been longer

The Calathea network is really easy to find in big garden stores in the Netherlands, they are quite common.

I would also love to see the Plant Wall construction. I am in FL and I love that you featured NSE Tropicals! I like their videos too but they are so short lol. NSE should do some of their own plant care videos etc. I would definitely watch those!

She carries all of my wishlist fav plants!
I just ordered from NSE for the first time and the plants that arrived were beautiful!

The high elevation species can do well in California. I've had Anthurium andicola grow and bloom all year outdoors. Not many tropical aroids are still active in Dec-Jan here.
Very super big giant plants😍😍😍

Very nice wish there was places like this here in Michigan City,IN
Can you do a video with her about the plant walls construction?
