So I played this full video last night as I was falling asleep.
I have been unwell for months now doctors think it may be my pituitary gland not functioning as it should. Anti thyroid meds have not helped much at all.

I have tried so many meditation techniques although they help me sleep, I never remember dreams....chronic anxiety and believe i'm never relaxed even when i sleep. I was shown that anxiety is always a sign you somehow wondered too far from home, which is God. Most of us do that in a lifetime. We're often not tought the importance of keeping close to the source of our creation. So simply and stubbornly sit daily a few times with the intention to wait on none other then the one true God, to seek him with all your heart, body and mind. This truly is the way home and out any internal trouble but especially out of anxiety. Because I can guarantee you, if you keep knocking it will be opened, I can testify to that without going into too much detail, and to my pleasant surprise it actually did involve none other then Jesus. (I wasn't ever and still am not religious type but I know He is the Son of God indeed) So I just point the way, you will have to do the seeking anything else, I also found before that, is just a bandaid.
My sinuses cleared, all the cells in my body are in perfect health now.

this few years before my 40's i feel so low energy... loosing appetite and interest in everything.. i tried to go to gym, drink antidepressant, gaba, vitamin B but I always have some days that I can't move my body or make my brain to think.. feel so drowsy and brain is foggy, difficult to concentrate. after hearing this for 20 minutes i feel change. hope this give me better feeling will continue listening this daily
update : today i feel a strong squeeze in my lower abdomen, i searched its seems to be caused by hormonal thing for women. i listened to this for 5 minutes and already feel much better now

@@leovolont still struggling, i think hormonal issues is my main problem. i was diagnosed with clinical bipolar disorder, the doctor said i have unbalanced brain structure. So it contribute to unbalance hormone which i could easily drop my energy and immune system because of it. Once i ruin my routine like sleeping time, clean eating and working out habit, It will destroy my energy and nothing could help even this frequency. I noticed i do really need to balance my overall energy so this frequency could be effective
@@bara2636 I've noticed that there are many different SOUND Videos. They are difficult to evaluate because, well, they seen to attract all the Crazies that leave thousands of comments that just clutter the space, and it is difficult to and time consuming to go through them all to see what works for what specific conditions. Maybe in years to come there will be specially trained doctors, but now, well, it is as wide open as Snake Oil. But, for yourself, well, if you think that some of the multiapplication Sound Videos help, you can focus in on the freqs that seem to help the most. If you do find something that helps, then you can set up your own Channel which targets an audience with that specific condition, and that might help others. Now, it's nearly impossible to find out anything because of all the people who clog the comments with all their damned Positivity which only gets in the way of the serious work we are trying to do.
There are so many good healing things people need NOW this is one of them Thank you for this channel......

I have no idea what just happened to me??? Wtf???
This is my third night of listening and I just went on an extreme mental and spiritual journey. I feel like I’ve been asleep for 8 hours… I woke up minutes before the end with a feeling I can’t explain and have never experienced before… it was euphoric!
I’m aware I sound bonkers but I could see all these eyes looking at me and they were all being discarded and flushed out by me not caring what they thought of me anymore, they were still there but they were disarmed.
I feel weightless (mentally), clean and have clarity like I’ve never felt before. I feel at peace and in tune with my creative desires and filled with enthusiasm for my future.
I have no idea if this is connected to the breath work I did today and the cold water work but in all honesty I think they are all linked. I feel ‘in tune’ for the first time in years.
The past two days I’ve woken up earlier (when the birds are singing and it’s just getting light) wanting to bounce out of bed, after 6 weeks of seriously struggling with low mood and motivation.
I can’t explain how truly at peace I feel from using this to go to sleep with and I hope you do too ❤ ✌🏻 🙏🏻

What an Amazing World Earth Is, So many Imaginations have become Reality.
You are right. Long story short. I've received downloads from the spirit world. Everybody wants to change the world, start by changing your world, imagine if everybody would do it. I was shown the big picture and Earth is perfect, they even used a 'miracle'. Earth is still in it's creation, we are blessed to be part of it. I was told that not all souls have access to Earth, I am here because it was a gift that was given to me, and as I was told that, from far away I could see a dim light, like a flashlight in thick fog. I knew it was that source who had gifted me this life on Earth, I was so grateful.
