I came to you via your hospital bag vid, my daughter is 18 months now! You’re so relatable! I’m afraid I have no tips on washing, I’ve just had a massive water leak and my taps are turned off in my kitchen for the next few days, going to try the laundrette tomorrow!
Aww no, hope you manage to get that fixed asap! Would be interesting to know how you found the laundrette, and if it works out cheaper to use one? That's so lovely to hear, all i've wanted to do is to be as relatable as possible for those who enjoy watching my videos. I'm pleased it shows!
Update on the laundrette - I did 2 large sports direct bags in 3 washing machines that took 25 minutes, then the whole lot in one of their huge dryers on high for 50 minutes it cost me £23 total. I folded it all on the table there before leaving, now I’ve put my daughters stuff away but mine and my partners are still in the bag 🤣🤦♀️
@@Club1981 You got so much washed and dried! If you had to do that often, how often do you think you would need to do it? Like, a weekly thing, or fortnightly? Must be sooo nice being able to dry your clothes properly too? 🤩
Omg I didn’t realise how trigging mixing the colours would be for people! 😅😅😅 I’ve taken someone’s advice and am going to use colour catchers. I haven’t got the time (or patience) to be sorting through the laundry these days! 😂😂😂
😅 I’ve honestly never even had to use one, it was just that one wash. Then again, maybe my clothes would come out incredibly white if i used them. Do you have a recommendation for a particular brand of colour catcher? 😃
The cheap ones from Home Bargains are fine, think they are about 99p for a box but honestly makes a huge difference and you then don't have to worry about any stray red clothes! X
Hate to tell you, but the washing doesn't subside as they get older :/ Seriously considering using the local launderette to get through them at times :D
@@LaurenGreenTeaPlease It's not so much the washing,it's getting it dried. Our dryer packed up so naturally we ended up with a dishwasher !! Think it's going so we can get a dryer back

The washing’s pretty much the only thing I keep on top of 🤣. The mixing of the colours though 😭🤣

@@LaurenGreenTeaPlease 🤣🤣 it’s the fear of grey pants and bras for me 😬
I call it my ''floordrobe" Lauren, and there is no shame in it! 😂
Definitely had a few of them around my house in recent months! 🤷🏻♀️😂😂
Do you mind me asking what colour paint you have in your bedroom?(the pink wall) - I absolutely love it and its exactly what I'm looking for!
Of course not! It’s called Petal Grove by Valspar Paints. 😍
@@LaurenGreenTeaPlease thank you so much!
No problem, I love the colour too! I’d have more of it around my house, but I’ve got too much pink in the house for my partner’s liking hahah!
Don't get me wrong, I also mix my colours and darks in my washing so no judgement here but if I were you I would at least use a colour catcher sheet 😂

Thank you, I’ll give them a shot next time I head into HB. Will be interesting to see how much of a difference they make! 😃 x

I’m sure it’s already doubled in size since this video! 😂 a comment below mentioned about using the laundrette, I’m seriously considering them too! 😂
