    Brazilian Portuguese:
    Conhece o soldado?
    - Do you know The Soldier?
    O soldado?
    - The Soldier?
    É, o soldado!
    - Yeah, The Soldier!
    Sim, eu conheço esse soldado...
    - Yes, I know that Soldier...
    O de cabeça de papel?
    - The one with the Paper Head?
Bom, ela casou com aquele soldado
    - Well, she married that Soldier
    Aquele soldado?
    - With that Soldier?
    É, com aquele Soldado!
    - Yeah, with that Soldier!
    Ela casou con aquele soldado...
    - She married that Soldier...
    Spanish (Spain):
    ¿Conocéis vos... conocéis a Mambrú?
    - Do you know... do you know Mambrú?
    ¿Has dicho Mambrú?
    - Did you say Mambrú?
    Sí, Mambrú
    - Yes, Mambrú
¿Mambrú se fue a la guerra?
    - Did Mambrú go to the war?
Sí, mire usted, mire que pena
    - Yes, it's a shame
    No sé cuándo vendrá
    - I don't know when he'll return.
¡Do, re, mi, do, re, fa!
Si viene por la Pascua, mire usted...
    - If he return in Easter would be a problem...
    Latin Spanish:
    ¿Tú conoces a Pin-Pon?
    - Did you know Pin-Pon?
    ¿A Pin-Pon?
    - Pin-Pon?
    Sí, Pin-Pon!
    - Yes, Pin-Pon!
Sí... es un muñeco muy guapo y de cartón
    - Yes... is a very handsome dool made out of paperboard
Sí, se lava su carita con agua y con jabón
    - Yeah, he washes his face with water and soap.
    ¡¿Con agua y con jabón?!
    - With water and soap?!
    ¡Sí, se lava la carita!
    - Yes, he washes his face!
Se lava la carita con agua y con jabón...
    - He washes his face with water and soap...

Thank you for the multi-language reactions. I like how it’s both educational & humorous with how each language sounds. 😊

The Pin Pon song goes, directly translated:
"Pin Pon is a doll, very handsome and made out of cardboard. He washes his little face with water and with soap"
    It rhymes in spanish.
    So, in the scene:
Ginger: Alright, I'll tell you... Do you know... Pin Pon?
    Farquaad: Pin Pon?!
    Ginger: Yes, Pin Pon.
Farquaad: Yes, Pin Pon is a doll, very handsome and made out of cardboard.
Ginger: Yes... He washes his little face with water and with soap.
Farquaad: WITH WATER AND WITH SOAP?!?!?!
Ginger: YEAH HE WASHES HIS LITTLE FACE!!!!
Farquaad: He washes his little face with water and with soap!
Also, in Shrek 3, when Hook threatens Ginger and his life flashes in front of his eyes, when he sings after that, in the latin dub he sings the actual Pin Pon song :D

3:00 This is Brazilian Portuguese, but the video shows the flag from Portugal, In this scene Gingerbread Man says "Do you know the soldier?"
And Lord Farquaad says "the one with the paper head?" Making a reference to a Brazilian children's song, In Brazil it is very common for voice actors to translate films in a way that Brazilian people will understand, for example: In the TV Series "Everybody Hates Chris" there is a scene which some characters were talking about basketball players, but here in Brazil in this scene they talk about football, and they even mention the famous player Pelé.

6:33 the second dubbing in Spanish is Latin American.
"Pin Pon" is a children's song in Latin America as well as "the muffin man" in the United States...
The song describes the character "Pin Pon"...
so, that's the joke. he singing a kids song.

You missed the Hungarian version as it still was audible after some seconds. Glad it was very fun to react to!

The german Gingy told Farquaad “Ihr könnt mich mal”, which basically means that he can kiss his ass.
He is also voiced by the german va for Spongebob.

The French version is based on a silly playground rhyming one-liner:
"C'est le garde-champêtre qui pue, qui pète, qui prend son cul pour une trompette."
(It's the countryside ranger, who smells, who farts, who mistakes his ass for a trumpet)
Although Ti Biscuit (Gingerbread Man, literally Lil Biscuit in French) changes the end to make it less crude, he says "qui prend son tutu pour une violette" (who mistakes his tutu for a violet)

Fun Fact: Famous Actor & Comedian Eugenio Derbez voices the Spanish Dub of Donkey. He also does the Spanish dub for Snowball from Secret Life of Pets & Grinch from the CGI The Grinch from 2019.
