Kashtira isn’t really “Meta” not in Master Duel anyway. Toxic and obnoxious yeah but every time it’s cards become problematic is when they are being abused in literally any other deck.
Originally I heard Kashtira was meta from a few months ago due to how toxic it is, But I didn't know it's not meta anymore.

It was tier 2 I think during the end of tearlament format and that was because ariseheart kills grave decks
But it was firmly put down by the banlist
There's only 1 fenrie and 2 unicorn now, even tearkash is at 1
Ogre isn't really that good and scarekash only works in battle phase

Meta decks are in md right now: Snake-Eyes, Purrely(they have just gotten a new support), rescue-ace, lab, branded(branded never left the meta). People play kash because they are lunatics and they actually counter the current meta. Even mathmech & superheavy sams are more played than these two.
Also Ursarctic is not even a rogue deck. I have never seen a ursarctic player in ranked. I've only ever seen ursarctic players in youtube videos and events.

That was his fault for getting rid of grand chariot. Clearly, he does not know how to use ursarctics correctly.
Honestly he has a great deck, he was cooking until he became greedy and tributed the chariot.
