How To Refilling Ink in Epson L3250 Printer for Seamless Printing

While using the printer, I occasionally receive a message indicating that prolonged use with low ink levels could cause damage. Is there a button I need to press to recharge the printer after a certain amount of usage? My ink levels are fine, but this warning keeps appearing.

Must the printer be turned off or on, when you refill?

You can refill the printer by turning it on or off, but it’s better to turn it off while refilling.

and when you finish refilling , what happens to the empty ink bottles ? are they replaceable or refillable ?

I don’t use the bottle again if the bottle is empty..
