Great, thank you! Where ist the glassware teapot from? And is this an original traditional recipe, how its been used by natives where the plant grows? Love

Does simmering the tea help keep the ashwagandha powder in suspension? I tried mixing it into my typical mushroom coffee (boiled water with a bit of whole milk and sugar) and the ashwaganha fell to the bottom of the cup. Any advice helps..
The Chai spices would be harmonious with the flavor of the ashwagandha. Thanks for sharing!

Hi MJorgy5, The simmering does help to dissolve most of the Ashwagandha powder. However a small part will still fall to the bottom of the cup. So simmering and stirring will do most of the trick :-). Yeah Chai spices indeed are harmonious with Ashwagandha!

Thank you. I never considered using ashwaganda in a tea like this.. Do you feel any benefits after drinking this tea? More energy perhaps? Or is it more calming?

Hi Ashley. I personally feel more relaxed but also able to undertake more since things take less stress. It is said to lower cortisol levels. The milk adds for serotonin (mood and brain Health) and Tryptophan (relax). Its a great drink for sleep

Can we use plant milk ? Like coconut milk?

I believe a lot of the active components of ashwagandha are strictly oil/fat soluble. Whatever you're using apparently should have a decent fat content. I am lactose intolerant but lactose free milk works fine

Would it still help if it’s non-dairy milk?

    • @timefortea

Hi Yamin! Yes as long as it is protein rich non diary milk

@@timefortea Why is it a prerequisite to be a protein rich milk? Or why not an 'grain' milk like oat milk? Love

Well I have a question I bought ashwaganda root from i herb and I noticed a warning on the label which says consume this product can expose you to chemicals including lead which can cause cancer and birth defect I got scared I contacted the company through insta and email but they didn’t respond so I would like to know whether yours contain the same substances

I purchased ashwagandha root to make tea as well however mine does not have a warning label like yours. That would definitely make me worried to use it if it has that warning.

Did you buy in California? Then any products from India have to have that label
