I ordered 12.5mm for the fronts and 10mm for rears for my e39 530i. I had not seen this video. My 12.5mm fit like a glove but the 10mm had the exact rocking motion shown here; the wheel would not sit flush against the spacer. Ordered another set of 12.5mm for the rear. Wish i had seen this video before. Or I wish they would have included a link to this video on the 10mm and 12.5mm product descriptions on the site. I still would not have know which would fit but i would have done a better job of test fitting before installing.
I ordered spacers for my 2024 Nissan Altima SR. I ran into that situation you talked about with the chamfer on my OEM wheels. The center part of the spacer doesn’t seat all the way into the original rim. The rim rocks in all directions on the spacer. The specs for my car suggest that is has a 66.1mm bore, which is what I ordered but they still don’t seem to fit. Is there a way around this?
Hola amigo, una vez realizado, se recomiendo hacer una alineación a las ruedas / Hello friend, once done, it is recommended to make an alignment to the wheels.
i’m on OZ Racing Leggera HLTs on my 2018 A4 B9. The OZ wheels have a centre bore of 75mm and the 10mm ECS tuning spacers have a “hump” of 70.5mm on the back of the hub centric lip. To solve the fitment issue, i ordered a set of OD 75mm x ID 70.5mm x Width 8mm hub rings. My OZs now sits flush with my fenders with the spacers installed. No vibrations whatsoever. 😺👍🏼 www.amazon.com/NB-AERO-Aluminum-Centric-Hubcentric-Centerbore/dp/B07GD2GM3X
Thanks for the informative video. I have a 2017 Audi S3 8V Sporthatch, with factory 19" wheels. I am looking to get wheel spacers all around. Can you please recommend a thickness that will ensure I don't have to make any modification to the wheel arches etc, and won't get any rubbing or tire contact issues, including on the front from lock to lock, and even on full suspension compression? Cheers!
I've done the install as recommended on my GLI with 12.5mm up front and 15mm in the rear, but I still encounter a vibration felt in the steering wheel and seats around 75-85 mph. When the spacers are off there is no vibration. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can eliminate the vibration?
First, check the balance of the wheels. Vibrations will be amplified with spacers. Second, make sure there is no chamfer interference between the spacer and the bore on your wheels. Lastly, ensure they are torqued properly. In odd situation, you may have a defective product, and we can measure your spacers if you still have issues. Please check over the first three tips.
Hey guys I ordered the h and r spacers. But need to cancel my order and buy yo black 20mm in house brand. I emailed sales. Hope you guys get back to me I will try tomorrow it’s sat night rn

Great details, very thorough!
Great video. I'm leaning towards putting spacers on my 2014 Audi S5. You're stock Audi wheel in the video is exactly like mine.
I'm loving that blue

So basically I need to a run 12mm spacer on my aftermarket wheels (rotiform blq) so it doesn't rock back n forth like how the 10mm spacer does?
Yes, give a larger spacer a try.
Okay thank you for the response!
Hola amigo, una vez realizado, se recomiendo hacer una alineación a las ruedas / Hello friend, once done, it is recommended to make an alignment to the wheels.
Didn't get one thing clear. So you've talked about the hubless spacers but did not cover how to proper install it....Is it safe to use one of these?
How can i find out if my aftermarket wheels will have chamfer with the 10mm space
Is it not needed to actually lock the spacer itself with log nuts before just running through the rim bolts?
Hub centric rings are needed only for the aftermarket wheels or even for the OEM wheels ? Thank you in advance
Usually with aftermarket wheels because they (usually) aren’t the correct center bore as stock
i personally put the spacer on the wheel first and then install the wheel like normal with the spacer on it.
So will the 12mm or 15mm spacers fit my Audi A4 b9 2018? Since the 10mm won't? The website says it does not fit my car?
Is there any sense to add spacers to MiniVan (chrylser pacifica 2300kg)?
Which spacers fit the Alzor 628 wheels?
Cool stache by the way!
So I got the 10mm and my wheels sit at a slant and wobble when I drive, should I go with 12mm? Or go humblest spacer, plz help 🙏
Do you need a wheel alignment after install? Thx
I don’t think so, since you aren’t messing with suspension parts
Probably not. Would you get an alignment going from say a 225 to 235 tire?
What is the torque spec?
Just received mine and have a slight vibration on 160km/h+
Might just rebalance my wheels at the same time.

I had the same issue with ecs 10mm spacer on my OZ wheels. You talked about the issue so what’s the fix? Or how to find the right spacer spec?
Best bet is to try it on your wheel without mounting. If you have issues you can return them as long as you don't install it onto your car.

Hola para una suv BMW X1 F48 2107 unos spacers es recomendable y no perjudica la suspensión y las ruedas
Can u use 45mm bolts for 10mm spacers ? Bmw m4
Do I need to increase the wheel torque after the spacer install or same as before?
So that’s why my vibration is amplified since I’ve put on the spacers
When i took out My 10 mm spacers they were broken
I put 04 golf wheels on my 96 Camry and it’s rubbing on the back struts which is causing a wobble with 16x7, 5x112… what should I do.
Different hub bore size maybe? 04 golf wheels are 5x100. Idk what lug bolt pattern the 96 camry is
I need wheel spacers for a cadillac 2013 srx 6x120 do u guy have those or make them

Did you ever figure this out
@@_NB233 No... still on factory rims. I think 40 offset will work, but I'd prefer to check they don't rub first.
Sorry, I mean 40 offset in new rims. Wheel Spacers are completely illegal in my country, believe it or not...
How long is that Wheel Hanger?
On his way to becoming Mr Potatohead... great video
After adding 20mm spacer, do I have to put new extended wheel lug bolts?
yes
Yes, they should come with the spacers tho
Ooh what are those rims? The aftermarket ones lol
i wanna know too looool
I realize after watching the video that I put a lot of anti seize than he did. Will there be any issues with that?
No if u have no issue in pad they shouldn't go in just wipe after long road slot ppl forgot that simple thing
Hi, just what I'm looking for for the back of my vw Sharan 7m 05 truck, I have oem 17 "wheels and I would like to fit this 30mm spacer if it fits?
You can try it and return it if it doesn't fit.

I also buy this ecs spacers for my a3 8p and i also get the vibrations you say. I think its not center properly and this spacers are garbage
@@omergilert7355 I bought ECS 8mm spacers. I hate to say it but I agree. I should’ve just bought 42 Draft Designs spacers. They never did me wrong.
@@jboesz6569 I have the 8mm spacers too and they vibrate like crazy at 55mph. Did you get this fix this issue?

Is it safe to drive at high speeds with wheel spacers on
Yes.
the stache
Thx
What rims are those ? The wheel he grabbed first?
I believe alzor replica rims or just actual audi S4 rims
I'm using 25mm
I’ve never seen a brake rotor with no lug nuts and holes for bolts.
Welcome to German car ownership
Do you need new, longer lug bolts when using 15mm spacers or will the oem ones still work?
Yes, longer ones are needed and included in all of our spacer kits. We did the measuring for you!
Do you guys sell lock nuts for the correct size spacers?
Stache game strong
nice video, I also have make some video about installing wheel spacers, welcome you to give me some advices.

What’s the point of a wheel spacer?
To clear suspension components or to make the wheel flush with the fender.
So it's looks better, some car wheels a way too inside and would look subjectively better if the wheel was a bit more out and flush with the body
IMO using spacers is a bad idea for several reasons. But if you need that look then it's your choice. Peace.

@@dumbeezy5480 he’s spewing shit, it’s completely safe when installed correctly.
They are a fast and easy way to ruin the geometry of your car and can badly affect the handling.
If installed properly, it won't effect handling. It will actually increase it.
