Undawn New Job: Wasteland Hunter

How to use the focus skill? I can't seem to use it when I tried. Or maybe it's a bug.

How did u get the quest

When U change your job to wasteland hunter, the quest will show up on its own for the focus skill, for the drone the mission is hidden but Caine has it
