Thank you to SquareSpace for sponsoring this video! It's nice to eat well in Vegas and one can certainly to that in spades along the Vegas strip with so many top notch restaurants to choose from... but one does pay the Vegas premium for luxurious dining on the strip.
I thought I'd venture out off the strip to the Vegas Chinatown area to discover some great places and I was so glad I did. With a little searching and a quick Uber ride, I arrived at one of the true hidden gems in Vegas called Eco Tapas. A small eatery with big luxurious flavours.
I had the good fortune to enjoy their exquisite tasting menu with luxurious ingredients including foie gras, beluga caviar, iberico ham just to name a few. These great ingredients were prepared to perfection with crispy crunchy croquettes, to soft indulgent caviar custards and succulent seafoods. All in all, 14 amazing courses in total at an incredible $70. I don't think I can find a better deal anywhere!
Also, thank you so much for all the great suggestions and recommendations of where to go and more importantly, where to eat! Please keep them coming and I'm hoping to share these great places on SquareSpace as well!

That was a very nice drink indeed.. I found out they were using something called aquafaba instead of egg whites 😋

I would highly recommend it...it's a little higher in price, but nothing compared to what the cost would be on the strip

Great video Tim! But for people that might go try Edo, Tim’s 14 course $70. dinner was offered a much bigger portion & more dishes than what they offered for 2 people at $140. I’m confident they hooked Tim up knowing this is going on UA-cam. Regular diners would not get all this

@@lazyhusband Because we ate there and remember thinking how each course came out on one plate and we had to share each plate. First time we had a tasting menu served this way. Same with the other tables that were next to us.

It’s nice to find hidden gems off the strip. Very good value and very enjoyable.
You are so fortunate to be having all that amazing food. The passion fruit margarita looks delicious too. Now you are doing different culture tasting menu which has some awesome caviar in a egg dish, oyster on ice, scallops and other tapas dishes I can’t spell, haha!!!! It looks like you had fun with Jorge at the endless bunch. How about trying to do a fun video with Anita Lee? You seems to be fluent in Cantonese, and Anita Lee’s videos are in Cantonese which is awesome. Oh wait, you both have a Lee surname making it even more awesome to collaborate together!! She is also beautiful!!

OMGOSH Tim what a great meal!! The tasting menu is the way to go. I had many favorites the zucchini blossom w/wild boar, the egg w/salmon roe and caviar, the foie gra foam,brioche and steak/meat, absolutely delicious. You did a great job explaining and tasting the courses. Love,love it. I cant wait to start traveling this year. As always love to u for ur travels and letting us in ur experiences. Warmly Cookie

I guess the sampler platter at chilli's is a six course meal. 😂 Some of these are bite size.
