I have a MR 9, Burst Laser Manticak that goes with the Laser Rifle. I completed the challenge to defeat 13 enemies that were on a dropship. The Laser Rifle is attached to Diriga. The Mod is not showing up anywhere in the Arsenal, but when I go to the Mod station, it is there. Do I need Kuva to attach it to the laser rifle? The Frame I used to unveil the Riven was Ember, Ember and all other Robotic companions are maxxed out. Have an issue with a mod for the Sobek. Got it from I think exchanging Pearls to Nakak from Dog Days. Says it does Toxin damage. The Mod is Acid Shells. Shouldn't the Toxin Damage show up on the damage explanation on the left of what is on the weapon already, along with Impact, Slash and Puncture? Unless it is something else.
In the case of the riven challenge with the two headshots while aim Glide you do not need to do it with the weapon you have the riven on you could do it with a pistol. Also in the case that you have a rifle and a pistol riven with the same challenge don't do them at the same time or you will lose one
You will not lose a riven, I had a rifle, pistol, and melee riven, all with the same challenge. I completed them all at the same time and didn’t lose one.

Unless D.E Explicitly states that there is a bug that does that. You won't lose a riven.
