Fantastic again! This tractor has a zillion hours on it, and it really shows in the injection components. She should start and run like a million bucks if that Wes guy ever gets it put back together...
It is really great that the narrator knows what he/she is talking about. Such has not been the case on some other channels. You and your company do a wonderful job in a facets of this production. Thanks for sharing.
Great video, I really liked the format. Now, if we can just get a video from that Wes guy putting it back together and seeing how much better it runs. Keep up the good work!
So many people think they have to purchase new injectors and pumps when they can be rebuilt. I've been fortunate to work in an area that has an excellent facility within 2 miles. It is much better to repair the injectors and pump than to ruin an engine or constantly wear out starters with bad injection components.
Hi Guys, great video, well narrated. Came over from Watch Wes Work channel, enjoyed the beautiful work you do. Stay safe, stay healthy. Regards from Galway, Ireland. 👍😉🌍
Thanks a bunch guys for this video. After seeing that stream of diesel coming out of the injector I finally clued into where all that diesel in my crankcase oil is coming from. I checked all other components already with exception of the injectors and thought I might have a cracked cylinder head on my backhoe. Thanks again for this moment of enlightenment!
Thanks for sharing your understanding and knowledge with us all. I honestly believed anything diesel worked on magic before UA-cam opened my eyes. Thank you.
Hi troops just want to say what amazing work you do. Lovely to see a company that still has old fashioned values like Honesty, Diligence and Attention to Detail, Wes is very happy. Keep up the great work. Mick, Northern Ireland 👍👏🍻
I commented on Wes' channel about my friend who had his F150 in the shop under warranty repair for several weeks. The dealer couldn't get the GDI high pressure pump from Ford parts for all that time. Wes seemed to agree that rebuilding those pumps could be a great opportunity as these engines leave warranty and Ford demanding a couple of million dollars for a new one. Not to mention even a dealer couldn't even get one. How different could they be?
Not to take away from these guys, there's great options for 7.3 idi injectors And pumps, Russ repair, R&D idi, classic diesel designs Those guys are pretty much 3 top names in 6.9/7.3 idi world
Great videos guys. As you are thinking about future videos, some more up close shots showing detail would be great. Maybe a second camera or something?
I found out about you from Watch Wes Work and Diesel Creek. I may have a CAV pump and Injectors from a IH B-414 tractor BD-154 engine for you to work on soon. The Cam ring is worn and the transfer pump fins were broken, plus the liner was pitted from setting 10 years. I replaced the fins and liner, but not the cam ring.
The video itself is very interesting, also good voice over. The incoming mail sound is a bit disturbing. Sometimes a technical drawing would help to get a better understanding what is actually going on.
