Now this what I'm talking about! One of my favourite houses I've seen on this channel. The house has character and matches her personality and style. Unfortunately too many properties look great but feel cold with no love of thought of living there. She's really made this into her own crib
I'm loving this new direction you're taking, l love listening to architects and interior designers talk about their inspirations, aims, challenges, and methods used to achieve their aims. Would love to see more of this type of content.

Yeah, you’d have to lie stomach down on the floor! And then you’d get a sore neck!!
Yeah our main TV is in the glass room, the other lounge is a secondary lounge more for entertaining etc

If you ever want to invite my wife, daughter, and I as guests I would be happy to teach lessons on how to be a successful UA-camr/Influencer to any of your kids if they are interested in it. I have over a million followers on Twitter and am friends with a lot of big influencers. Would be super random if this actually happened but also super cool. I am totally down.

Firstly, hats off to the owner for allowing the channel to tour her beautiful home. This people, is the epitome of stunning…It’s not about the space, it’s what you do with it. Bird of prey anticipation with style, ease of access to rooms and items, with gorgeous aesthetics and comfort. Homeowners just inside of the m25 will go to Ikos a couple of times of the year, then try to emulate, but this is what you want to come home to after a flight, this is a home….this is it. Well done **bows**

Excellent presentation, im not generally a fan of red brick or layout of that type of property, but I think you've done a wonderful job in maximising the space throughout whilst maintaining a cozy family home. 👏🏻

I really hate how planning permission just keep on ruining people's hopes and dreams for their homes.. I think the government needs to begin to re-evaluate the way in which they keep on rejecting people's plans benefice often times it's good ridiculous reasons and even this whole thing about neighbours potentially blocking someone's plans for their own house needs to be reviews as well. It's ridiculous!

Most of the house is done beautifully. Some elements, however, are just a no-no for me personally. For instance, at 4:26 the main kitchen is such a turnoff with the look and feel of the cabinetry, the combination of the marble kitchen island and cane backed chairs (terrible aesthetic) and that magnificently ugly Gucci wallpaper in the background.

Look at the big gap at the sides of the electric blinds ! Was it not measured correctly?
And the blinds are opaque.

Super comfortable sofa she says...but it has a low back so you can't rest your shoulders, back or head....

The Knoll Gould Sofa is the best selling Knoll sofa, it is extremely comfortable and yes you can totally lean back, might not look like it in the video
A very, very feminine design concept: sensitive but ( I'm a bloke ) I'd feel awkward here.
The tv room and the garden was the only nice things the rest was very extra in an unnecessary way
