    Wow! great recipe! do you use mung beans as well instead of lentils? Do you soak them?

      Its always a good idea to soak lentils before you cook them and also remove the froth formed while cooking for easy digestion.
      its better to soak Whole lentils like mung overnight

    The foam formed during cooking lentils needs to be removed as it contain impurities
