Tonight you have inspired me to start sewing again! I have taken a 20 year hiatus. I loved seeing all your creations of 2021. Thank you so much for reigniting my love of sewing. Happy New Year Lauren! Can't wait to see your creations in 2022.
I very like and happy to see your creative and your handmade full inspiration for to sewing and very good... I like and very like..good job and successfully👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰🥰
That sea foam color makes your skin sing! It looks gorgeous on you! Also, thanks for sharing all of your makes. They’re very inspiring and you did a beautiful job :)
Oh! The gold sequel dress you wore to your sisters wedding? Stunning! Looked great on you too! Good style & you made your taste into such productivity! Wow.
That silk dress and that puffy sleeve dress are so professional and they look like you bought them in a store and they fit you like a glove and they are so flattering. That blouse with the cuffs, I would take it off and sew a tiny ruffle like on the collar- what do you think?
The problem with the sleeve cuff is an easy fix. Just remove the button. Sew the old button hole closed and put a new buttonhole on the correct side. The mistake is hidden when you put a new button on the sleeve and button the cuff closed.
How about cufflinks for the blouse with the large collar? All you have to to is make more buttonholes and sew two buttons together for the cufflink. You made a lovely wardrobe. It looks so perfectly you - you could never have found these pieces in a shop. Thanks for showing us. Thank you too for mentioning that most the impressing number of things you make is fine for youtube, but no one needs that many new clothes every year.
I love every item! (Even the cords) The Laura Ashley dress is stunning! You COULD wear it more than you do probably. I wear mine! Even my Laura Ashley.., kind of a prairie style. I wear w/ prairie booties. If cooler, can add a jean jacket, short vintage cardigan or vintage jacket. Also love denim & your tops & blouses are BEAUTIFUL! As well as your other dresses! Such a good job you did in making a beautiful wardrobe! I am up for seeing more!
You are such a talented seamstress, your garments look beautiful in you! Such fun to watch your fashion show and to listen to your commentary. Absolutely love your knitted pieces, truly treasures for keeps. Thank you for sharing your accomplishments in 2021. Everything was so lovely. Congratulations on your creative projects, a total success! (Includung this video :-)
if the cuff buttons on the ‘failed’ blouse are sewed on with a button hole, you might be able to fix it by unpicking the seam between the cuff and the sleeve and flipping the cuff so that the side that is touching your arm is on the outside. then re-sew the button on the other side. in any case, gorgeous make!
Thank you for sharing all of your beautiful makes with us! You have made so many lovely pieces, I could never pick a favorite but I especially loved the green McCall's pattern -perfect for everyday wear! And I loved the printed fabrics you used in your sewing this year. Everything looks lovely together on the clothing hanger! ❤️
I love almost all of them! My favorite is the green dress with the tie & brown buttons.... Crossing my fingers as I scroll through your uploads praying there's a tutorial for it. ☺️🙏🏾🤞🏾
You made so many beautiful items in 2021! Cant wait to see what you make this year. You're one of my biggest inspirations when it comes to sewing. I absolutely adore your style and attitude. 💙
I just stumbled on your channel. I’ve always enjoyed these kinds of videos to find inspiration. It’s rare when I love, or even like, EVERYTHING a person makes. I seriously loved it all. We have such similar styles. I’m excited to check out your other videos.
well done girl you made a great job this year ..i'm starting sewing and i learned only bed sheets and pillow cases til now ..i hope one day i'll manage to make my own clothes as you! thank you for the video
I love your color palette, so many pretty pastels! I also very much agree with the AG references 🤣. I almost dmed you today to ask if you would be doing one of these this year.
I love all your makes.Your sequin gown is so beautiful.I love your choice of colours and the fabrics you choose always enhance the patterns. You wear your makes to work so do you mind me asking what your job is.
These are all stunning- so many projects I've done (or more accurately: got fabric for and started) were inspired by patterns you've shared this year! I'm excited to actually finish some :) I would love some knitting tutorials in the future, the knit items you made are sooo gorgeous
I love everything you made. I want to thank you for helping me get more confidant with my sewing. Looking forward to your 2022 projects. Happy new year to you.
This is my first video of yours I’ve watched and I loved it!! I absolutely adore all of your makes too, so beautiful!! Thank you for the inspo. Love, a new subscriber 🧡
Gorgeous makes Lauren. I love your colour pallet and your knits especially. I enjoyed seeing your makes in finished form as opposed to a pattern envelope. Interesting the blue and white you haven't worn much. I do the same. I find a material I love and can't match it up so it stays in my wardrobe. Very inspiring.
I love all of these! And I really have to make some more dresses next year! I sew historically inspired stuff including corsets, shirtwaists, skirts,... my current projects were some jersey ones (leggings, shirt, panties), also knitting and crochet, embroidery etc - so I do a lot of different stuff. But dresses always seem so difficult to me. Even though I should know by now that they aren't. It's a mental block and I've decided to work on that this year!
i just discovered your channel, i'm amazed! you're really talented! p.s. when i saw loungwear pieces in mint and lilac, i couldn't help but imagine those sets in natural linen fabric! just thought i'd give you an idea 😊
Loved seeing all your makes. Also, kudos on completing so many projects. I can't seem to have the focus to finish one before hopping onto another. Can you please link the korean etsy store where you bought fabric for the shelby dress?
I think for the mccalls 8181 you could challenge your styling habits if you wore a pair of black, ankle length, high wasted cigarette pants with black patent shoes/accessories. You seem to have a very late 60s/early 70s vibe and you could make it fit in with that vibe with hair styling and accessory choices. I definitely see how maybe jeans or other kinds of pants just haven't been quite the right look. you have such beautiful makes!
I'm falling a little behind already for this year but I want to have at least 4 items I made for this year. I tried a skirt last weekend that I had a major fail on which stinks. I am actually a really good seamstress idk what happened.
Aw, I’m sorry, I had a dress in December that I put in the drawer in frustration because it just wasn’t working. Still haven’t been brave enough to pull it out a reassess it. Best of luck with your projects!

Ah, thank you!! I love that one! 💕
I very like and happy to see your creative and your handmade full inspiration for to sewing and very good...
I like and very like..good job and successfully👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰🥰
It's funny, when I saw the ''subdued selkie dress'', I thought the inspiration was Daphnee Bridgerton 😂
everything looks so professional, you can really tell she's skilled!
This is so kind, thank you so much!!
Put button holes on both sides of the sleeves, sew two buttons together and use them like cufflinks.
Great suggestion, thank you Dian! ❤️

No one has every made me want to sew so badly
Thank you Paula! Always here with tutorials when you're ready to jump in!
Hi lauren, did you take up sewing or fashion design? I really like the freedom that you can make whatever you want to wear...
❤️
Ох, какая красота! Моё любимое платье на 14:38.
Thank you so much!
The Shelby dress reminds me of Noah's gf from The Notebook for some reason.
