I watched the whole video earlier today. This guy actually went down to the Titanic.
Great storyteller.
I know I did the same
@Emperoroblox .. LOL I would hope not . Smith went down with the Titanic in 1912.
But the tour guide has actually went down to visit the wreck site.
@@HistoryTriosThey said “down to” not “down with” 😭
@@HistoryTriosnobody said he was
@@HistoryTriosno shit. The real captain sunk with his ship. And was born in 1850. If he were alive today he'd be like 175
That's the last place my late mom and I visited before she passed from cancer ...Place leaves a special place in my ❤️
So so very sorry for great loss of you're love one it's never easy
What a special opportunity. A memory for a lifetime. 🤗
That man is a treasure 💜
We should all honor the titanic and the 1500 people that went down with the titanic 🚢🕊️
The music on the background sounds amazing with his story & his voice
What a lovely humble man captain Lowell is. His voice, the background music and decorated grand staircase makes it feel like Christmas
👍
Very nice. What a sincere moment 👏
He's a really nice guy, we met him a few years ago.
Wow he looks just like the captain,m with that white hair and beard, that’s awesome
He looks like the actual captain of the titanic too 😯
Close your eyes and listen to his voice it feels you're watching a NatGeo documentary
He has an awesome voice!
Omg...love this!!!
Wow thats absolutely amazing a piece of the actual ship constructed in Harland and Wolff
That wonderful gentalman reminds me of a man who played the part of Abe Lincoln that I met when I was about that boy's age.
My parents bought us to see President Lincoln's home & we also went on a train ride. He let me sit on his lap & he told wonderful storys. of course I knew it wasn't really Lincoln but he sure was nice & let me hold his gold pocket watch.
Latter he said the Gettysburg Address to us .
We just moved to SC and now I'm 2 hours away from this place. I can't wait to go visit. The Titanic story has always been a mesmerizing/erie point of history for me.
I love to see the Titanic in pigeon forge
👍
This man is worth every damn penny they are paying him! So warm, informative, a true professional and historian of his craft.
He untortantely can't make the trips anymore back up to TN from FL.
@@AdventureIsOutThere Can you blame him?
Thanks for sharing
Our pleasure Pat!
This guy is a legend
I wonder what part of the ship it’s from
The shipy part I think
The part where it ships. The floatation wackadoo
That's a great experience I'm jealous
That's awesome! I wish i could. 🥰
👍

❤Aaaaaawh!!!!!!!! Just like how my teacher used to educate our class at school!❤ Fond memories coming back!❤
👍
I loved the video and would love to go visit someday ❤️
👍
My nephew was given a chance to play the piano upstairs. Plays twinkle twinkle
I can’t believe Mika hold the real piece of the ship🟡
I remember going there and holding that that’s about the only thing I remember we are planning to go back this fall because now I am a foreign ship nerd that is really almost really the only thing I think about nowadays, I know everything about all of the most famous ocean liners and I am honored to have laid a finger on the titanic
👍
Thats a special man.
i met that guy when i went there several years ago when i was much littler and i remember him teaching me about the water pressure down there with a foam cup since he has been down to the wreck to experience it and i remember him letting me hold a piece of wood from the Titanic, i believe it was perhaps a piece that his crew may have recovered on their expedition, it was a piece of wood surrounding the edge of a window, it was encased in a clear heart and the last thing i remember was him giving me his card, i’ll never forget it, now all of these years later i own my own piece of wood from the Titanic!
👍
He should be in a documentary dude. He has the Barack Obama voice for documentary
What piece is that?
Here's the full video that goes into detail about that piece - ua-cam.com/video/dEP7zuPh9sk/v-deo.html
@@AdventureIsOutThere thank you
Ghost ship went straight to my mind
👍
I would cry no cap
I’m there right now, great museum
Enjoy!
Johkihig!! You have a great sense for what you do in this 💀💀💀💀☠️☠️☠️☠️💀💀☠️☠️☠️☠️💀💀
👍
I’ve always loved the story of the titanic and would be so exited to hold a piece. This kid just looks bored tho 😂
He was respectfully listening to Mr. Lowell.
He was attentively listening and I know he & his mom will remember that for the rest of their lives.
I'm going to send a way for his book to add to my extensive Titanic book collection. His and the actual book that was written about a ship that hit an iceburg & sank, the one JP Morgan read will be two of my best fave books in the collection.
You should see the fantastic book store we have in town, it has movie outfits worn by actors & actresses & TONS of fantastic books all well cared for, the books all have plastic covers. There's a section of sgins books there as well.
🤘👻💖
@@ghostcityshelton9378 Thats amazing!
I remember I used to love the titanic and once I did get to hold a piece of the sunken kingdom
I been to this place in 2017 or 2018 when I was up there
Here is an updated tour with more stories & artifacts: ua-cam.com/video/qJhjHLJc7cU/v-deo.html
In Tennessee there are so many cool things like the go cart things and museums
👍
Is that Captain Smith😮🥰🤤
The only piece that didn't sink
👍
The piece is from one of the first class window well the metal frame of the window i went on the tour an actually hold It what an opportunity that was😊
I was able to hold that piece to!!
That’s just wow.
👍
How very interesting and fascinating 🙏looks like a great place to visit in the USA 🥰Fr.Australia
when i was younger i held that same piece
that's awesome! 🤓
Met the person in your video
Everyone he comes across holds it lmao
And technically he isn't touching it because its incased 😅 i know i know details lol 😅😅
lol...yes, but still a fun experience.
This captain musy be protected
Captain Birds Eye
👍
What a sweet old man
👍
He sounds like a movie narrator
👍
Surprised he was able to hold that coin thingy. Dude is shaky af 😂
This! ❤
❤❤❤❤so cute
👍
Is that captain smith
Telephone card: creepy.
It was funny, he’s a really awesome guy!
John smith is that you?
I didn't get the to hold that when I was there
👍
I think holding a relic is disgusting. People died inside that construction.
See how our children are manipulated!
No reverence and the Mother's laughter is sick !!!
I would suggest watching the full video for context of this interaction, including how every passenger is honored & remembered 👍
Oh stop being so sensitive
Captain Smith wasn't American 😂
no one said he was
Titanic was owned by an American company - white star line was bought out by Americans in like 1902.
While smith wasn’t an American. It’s not a far fetched thing to change.
Why is like 20 grams of metal from a legend ship worth thousands of dollars? How about an entire chunk I'll be surprised then.
👍
How is that even a question? A chip of the Titanic, a massive historic event, is so rare. Collectors would kill for pieces of it.
The kid : 🥴
lil freshman
Fabrizio!
👍
What part was thT
👍
Not me thinking he said that it’s a rare piece of s**t not ship 🤣☠️
👍
The kid be like .. just take it back already
🧐
👍
How is it the pice of the titanic
Anyone correct me if im wrong they use submarine robots with arms to collect things from the titanic and they clean it
Can someone give me a website to prove this guy went to the actual wreck of the titanic, because I’m kind of in the middle. I’m not sure if I can believe him.
I had a long conversation with a guy he’s legit feel free to do some research on your own
Ok
Hilarious...verify 😂
👍
😂
💀👴🏻💀
👍
😂❤🩶🩷🩵
Han er flink
🤷♂️
Please stop the Titanic story, we have a more tragic Titanic named Biden😔😔
Is that in the Piano Room?
It's in the grand staircase
@@AdventureIsOutThere Thanks 😊
