I've produced this track with this formula in mind... A constant evolution including a rhythm induction. It took me 2 weeks of non-stop measuring every frequency with the rhythm patterns. If you put earphones be aware, it is quite addictive. Don't put them on too loud!
WHAT ARE BINAURAL BEATS?
Binaural beats are created using two different frequencies on the left and right channels. A third (interval) frequency is perceived by the brain of the listener.

WHAT IS THE GOLDEN RATIO IN SIMPLE TERMS?
The golden ratio, also known as the golden number, golden proportion, or DIVINE proportion, is a ratio between two numbers that equals approximately 1.618. Usually written as the Greek letter phi, it is strongly associated with the Fibonacci sequence, a series of numbers wherein each number is added to the last.
WHAT IS THE GOLDEN RATIO AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
The golden ratio, approximately between 1 to 1.618, is an extremely important number to mathematicians. But when it comes to art, artists use this golden ratio because it is aesthetically pleasing. The golden ratio can be used in art and design to achieve beauty, balance, and harmony.
SUGGESTION OF HOW TO USE THIS:
In a quiet environment lay back in a comfortable position and let your brain get in sync with The Wave Pattern. Make sure not to put it too loud. Earbuds are the best for this purpose because they mute most of the environment's sounds.
To induce the subconscious mind, existing within you and in other dimensions than the flesh. The Power Of You !! Begin by clearing negative thoughts BEFORE falling into a numb state that will eventually kick in. Don't stress over it by letting it all go.
Know what you want by asking the power of THEE to tell you how you feel. Because Feeling is the only Compass. It's where you are heading. I could not agree more. I work in Psychiatry (Somatic work) and started to use brain synchro frequencies and some more on people after they turn around. You are divinity and sacred not fat nor lazy consciously start replacing self limiting or self-deprecating thoughts with more kind loving language towards yourself and watch what happens to your spirit and your life! I used to be really hard on myself in my thoughts due to a past drug addiction and the bad decisions /actions made during those dark days but I started seeing a kundalini specialist after getting clean to help me learn how to stop weighing my soul down with such negative thoughts which spilled out and infected every area of my life like a cancerous fog I was becoming so exhausted by it all it felt inescapable so much that I didn't even want to live anymore. My kundalini therapist started by having me actively correcting myself every single time I inadvertently said something bad about myself in my head immediately after having said thought I was taught to go back and legit replace those negative hurtful words with uplifting loving words, so if I had a thought like "I can't make it all on my own I can't do anything right" or "I'm a terrible mother my kids deserve better than me" I would instantly consciously replace that with "I AM ENOUGH " "I am a loving capable responsible mother and I deserve my children /my childrens love". She also had me do morning mantras where I would meditate for around 15minutes immediately upon waking up to start the day and after that meditation was done I was to read out loud to myself in the mirror positive affirmations such as "I am beautiful, I am powerful, I am capable and responsible for my own happiness, I choose to project love outwardly into the universe in all I do today love will be at it's core, I am manifesting everything that I need to bring my life and soul into balance" etc and everyday I would change or add different affirmations depending on what is needed on that particular day which I followed the affirmations with 20 minutes of aerial trapeze yoga in my backyard as the sun was rising but I did aerial trapeze yoga because I've been an instructor for over 20 years but my specialist said it could just be grounding oneself by going into your yard barefoot and doing some light stretching or tai-chi if you aren't already into yoga the point is to use breath work and focused intentions to get into a relaxed positive state to start each day with and trust me it's unfuckingbelievable what just that practice alone will do for your mood throughout the entire day I swear it's life changing right by itself. 6 weeks of faithfully following that plan and my whole entire life changed in the best most unexpected ways like I opened my own business up selling my herbal medicine products (my family is native American on my moms side and each generation of women starts teaching the younger girls from age 5 onwards about herbal medicine /remedies and how to grow and tend to the herbs or entheogenic plants my personal area of expertise is in baneful herbs such as belladonna, black henbane, datura, European Mandrake and Amanita Muscara mushroom which are the red white spotted kind you see depicted anytime mushrooms are eluded to in pop culture. They are all powerful but very beneficial potent medicine when used appropriately they produce a narcotic like state works miracles for anxiety insomnia pain nerve pain etc I have rheumatoid arthritis multiple sclerosis and a shattered rebuilt spinal column and due to my Belladonna balm I have been able to stop all pain medications ) Anyhoo I just wrote you a whole ass novel which I didn't intend to do but when reading your comment I got this really strong intuition thing going on and I should try to help someone who is also maybe being to hard on themselves like I used to be but since I've incorporated the things listed above into my daily life without fail EVERYTHING has changed drastically better for me not only in my business life but all other aspects as well I promise you if you'll just commit yourself to adding those things to your daily life you absolutely will have a much happier life❤😊🌻🦄🫧🪬🧿🔮☄️🌬️👑💎🪷☮️☯️🕉️⚛️🧚🏻🧜🏻♀️🦸🏻🧞🪄🎱🎯🪅🧩🌄🎢🪂🚀🌟🌜🌠🌌🌈🌬️🌪️☄️🔥🌊⚡💎📿🕯️🫧

Finally someone who understands Binaural beats. The majority of these vids say they're giving a binaural beat of a stated frequency when they dont understand its not the one frequency, its the diff between the two. Otherwise its just two isochronic tones.

I have been looking for something like this, ever since I discovered electronic music in the early 70's. I just knew somewhere, sometime, there had to be this hypnotizing floating melody intertwined with a steady but cool soft rhythmtrack. I listened to this last night. I was having a really bad day and was so angry. I didn’t lay down. I sat. I relaxed and turned up the volume a bit and I can honestly tell you that after 1 hour I was feeling so light and realized many things. It was amazing. At one point I started burping (which happens sometimes for me during a cleansing with Palo Santo.)
I was burping like nobody’s business. I let go of negative attachments it seems. Afterwards I didn’t want to hear any negativity from anyone.
I feel like this was made just for me. It totally changed my mood and I felt amazingly light and happy, like I can take on anything.

I've always been pretty skeptical about the effects of sound frequency theory but have listened to quite a few of them with an open mind hoping to find something unexpected and beneficial other than some relaxation before sleep, and this is the first track I have found that actually has a trackable effect.
I suffer from anxiety and depression and my brain basically doesn't dream because of lockdown in my subconscious. Basically dreaming, the brain's clearing house for the subconscious doesn't work and my subconscious files everything away. It just builds up and negatively affects my waking life. I used to be able to meditate and purge it, but my anxiety has advanced to where I get greater anxiety from excessive relaxation.
Having an alcoholic drink in fact is the only way I can reliably dream. Until I found this track. Listening to this for a couple hours a night off and on a few times this week, I've found that on the nights I listen, it consistently triggers the ability to dream and I feel more clear minded and slightly more positive when I wake up. So thank you for this awesome track. I'll be checking out the rest of them to see if they have any effect on me as well. ❤

I've listened to quite a few tunes with binural beats, but most of them give me a headache after a few minutes. This, though!!! It's as if all the PTSD freeze and aspie loss of energy is simply flowing away. What is left is a feeling of peace and strength that I seldom experience. Almost half an hour in and this feels like rinser and softener for the soul.
I have the PTSD FREEZE due to a loss. I am hoping this is going to really shift things for me.

I struggle a lot with Depression and Self-Hate every day to the point that it's become a vicious cycle, no thanks to a lot of past trauma both a little more than few years ago and very recently. For a very long time, I've felt like I'm beyond worthless despite the things others have said that they've felt about me. I desperately needed this. I know listening to it just once won't completely help me, or just this one alone for that matter, so I'm going to be doing these exercises and listening to these videos daily.
It's not much right now, but thank you. This is another step to getting the help I've needed, and finding the thing(s) and person/people I've always wanted in life.

I listened to this for the first time and realized I had a sound rest. The dream that I dreamt was full of intriguing details, specific ones at that. Like one shoe mysteriously being off my foot and the other one being on my foot, it was the right foot that was bare. The shoe was in the mud on a steep hill that I could not get to, and underneath where i was standing was a shape of a fish really large one. This lady asked me if I knew Jesus after i ran into her and knocked her down, I helped her up and she asked for my number. The rest of the dream made me see things I can't explain 😮

There are so many channels on youtube claiming to have binaural beats but clearly have no idea what those beats are and just play some random "meditation music" with not a single beat to be found... You hit the jackpot! You understand the music should not go above the beats. I was very sceptical but i really like it! Thank you

I have been listening to these meditation videos for a couple of weeks now. Twice, and just recently, I fell asleep and was awakened to find my body and my mind were vibrating! Holy cow. I thought I was coming out of a dream, but the sensation stayed. Before I started I was in much pain from headaches and severe arthritis. I can bend all my fingers now with very little pain and I haven't taken Ibuprophen in 10 days.

After the first instruction section of the video im already having rolling chills and am crying heavily like im excising everything that isnt serving my soul well completely out of my body and mind as my tears are flowing i cut another chunk of garbage out of me! This is the sound of liberation, i've been running in the same place for 8 years, today was like a day before 3years from now, felt like its the same day where i was in this same room doing the same thing (being miserable) its like the time is repeating its self, same patterns, same feelings, like no time has passed, i clearly tired exhausted, i want liberation, i want to let go of Everything, everybody, there is no other way than to let go completly, now i see, everything has been here to make me see, but i failed myself so many times, i am so done and this sound helps me feel it more .

The visions I see in my meditation to this are surreal - one was so realistic that it was like a wing reached through and I thought it was going to hit me, I physically reacted as if it was about to hit my face. Great work, do more of these focusing on frequencies of divine order!

Yesterday I traveled through the sky, above to universe. I saw wolf , deer, bull, fish, birds and they are all shining white. We went to big white tree. Tree was enormous big even bigger than universe. I felt love from the tree and spiritual animals. Thank you so much. I made it again after 12years later.

I had an amazing experience listening to this , at one point I noticed my breathing had synced to the beat , inhaling and exhaling every 5th beat , talk about getting coherence , , I downloaded this immediately , most binaural beats haven’t really felt as powerful as this , love it , thank you ,
