Forensic officer Thabo Mosia fielding questions from Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng about a pocketbook going missing. Tune into Newzroom Afrika DStv channel 405 for more.
The Senzo case will be remembered for the incompetence of the South African Police Service and why South African criminals walk Scott free amongst their victims, case after case because they know there are no consequences.
The judge is on it to solve it. His questions are deep and I'm afraid kuzoboshwa nababengekho kwenzek isgameko but played a part afterwards to create a different scene
It's funny that Zandi, Tumelo, Nthabiseng and mthokozisi never mentioned anything about Kelly's uncle who opened the door for the police and also was left in the house
The state will not win this case. There are many inconsistencies surrounding this case, for 1 the crime scene was not protected and there is a possibility that it was contaminated. This alone weaken the state's case. State witnesses also are not helping, others are coming up with different versions that don't match each other and police officers who are incompetent. I feel sorry for advocate Baloyi.
Oh no,let’s not start feeling sorry for the prosecutor who is not doing his job It’s very clear this is going nowhere, why did he bring these incompetent haphazard people to the court? There’s such a thing called not enough evidence… that’s exactly the line he should have taken if he truly is not part of all this web of lies…
Yes! Clearly, the state has no case against the guyz in the dock. They are just just a cover-up. So, they will walk away becoz they are not guilt on this one. The police covered up for the real perpetrators; in guess, in connivance with the NPA who should simply have dismissed the concocted story from police with the contempt it deserves. I don't think any objective NPA would have accepted this childish concoction by police as prosecutable. The NPA must simply have told police to throw away their concocted story and go back and do their work and arrest real culprits.
MaKhumalo and Maphiri planted those projectiles...Wena pension u have nothing to loose anyway... Brown envelope is making noise ...osile wena judge... Mdende nxa
The judge is giving witnesses ideas and even telling them that the pocket books you hide are not a problem because back then pocket books were reported lost as well. What a shame.
You got the wrong end, for me he is showing that policing hasn't changed and stupid mistakes like losing pocket books/occurance where I think one records information from the crime scene, if you lose it criminals walk for free. Some evidence might be missing.
I give the judge an applause on this one. He deserves a Bells! He asked vital questions which provide clues to something... and assisted the defense attorneys on how to sway this, they missed those points prior....mmmh
THE STATE AT LEAST HAVE SOME CONFESSIONS, AS FAR AS I KNOW, STILL TO BE FOUND WHETHER IT WAS FORCED OR NOT. BUT THE DEFENSE GOES ONLY TO SUBJECTIVE ELEMENTS, IN MY VIEW! FOR ME ALL THESE WILL BE ACQUITED! THEN, WHO DID KILL SENZO? FOR ME THE WIFE KNOWS IT!

THIS JUDGE IS NOT ONLY EXPERIENCED BUT KNOW WHAT IS DOING AND TOUCHS ESSENCIAL MATTERS ON HIS QUESTIONS!
Kindly switch off caps lock.. this isn't necessary to get your point across

True
Everyone involved in the case even police. Officers should be charged
Most questions asked by the judge seeks to support the state in their planted evidence & cover ups.
I think this judge and Baloi are enjoying brown envelope
I second you.....
Imagine how can 2 police officers attending the same crime scene lose pocket books more the same way😂😂😂
I DISAGREE WITH YOU! HE HAS JUST MAKING THE QUESTIONS, THEN, WILL BE GETTING EVIDENCES THROUGHOUT THE TRIAL!
@thefairobserver97 . Well you are the only one disagreeing here, 14 people agree with me.
Kelly's uncle planted the bullet projectile
Of cos YES n no comment THE TIME IS NOW QUARTER TO T R U T H
@@sarahmelodingvirginia2043 all will be revealed on the second docket
It's funny that Zandi, Tumelo, Nthabiseng and mthokozisi never mentioned anything about Kelly's uncle who opened the door for the police and also was left in the house
Something new always comes up about those in the house
Like he’s going to say “yes, I tampered with the evidence”! 🤣

Its not our problem that in the 70s the pocket books would get lost. We want justice period.
Wow
It shows how easy it is to do
Seems like you don't understand where the judge is going with the pocket books in the 70s
These type of comments show that most people in our country are illiterate and it’s scary
Guys if you have money, it's difficult to find justice, lowyers, judge are same
My question about the projectile found in the morning by the jars, did it not break the glass jars?
This judge is putting ideas in witnesses and the state i.e that pocket books can be lost or cant be find coz it also happened in the 70s
All he is saying it was done on purpose and I agree. The police hide their corrupt activities behind incompetence.
What?
Circus!!
The judge is giving witnesses ideas and even telling them that the pocket books you hide are not a problem because back then pocket books were reported lost as well. What a shame.
U are lost..the judge says pocket books Always get lost to hide evidence, that's why they never get lost when witnesses are not involved.
He's working with Moloi ankre
You got the wrong end, for me he is showing that policing hasn't changed and stupid mistakes like losing pocket books/occurance where I think one records information from the crime scene, if you lose it criminals walk for free. Some evidence might be missing.
Lol how did you get to this conclusion?
You must listen to everything, not just first 2 minutes of the video.
He is a liar, pocket book are not filed at hrm
This judge is too biased yoooh😢😢
Explain your thoughts please
Why is it possible to keep a weapon for many years, but the pocket books can't be found?...how is it possible?
Somebody planted it
All lies
DID HE WRITE AN AFFIDAVIT?
That’s the question? Instead he’s telling us about his 70s experience
Finally Truth is out and one of this police his life in danger after telling someone about the truth
I give the judge an applause on this one. He deserves a Bells! He asked vital questions which provide clues to something... and assisted the defense attorneys on how to sway this, they missed those points prior....mmmh
Where was this judge all these years? The previous one was a statue
Am not convinced with translations, very poor, not learnerd translations 😂
It really seems more and more this whole thing was set up. The scene was messed with big time!
Project tile was planted
Why is kelly not implicated.

Those police officers went to a crime scene without cameras....
Were they supposed to have cameras?
