Now it's his turn to take oath and tell us where him and his source got that information. And the ever lying Gininda sounded happy and ended up laughing.

I wish the JP can observe the pattern of behaviour of Judge Ratha. He is very biased and want to school the defense team as if they are preschool learners. He rarely give them a chance to explain. He address them with "hallo"when he seeks their attention and even shut them down. The JP should also observe his behaviour towards Adv Moshololo
