Hey I have a question, the members are getting confused because the ticket tool doesn't automatically messages them when entering in the channel, what do I have to do to make it blast automatic messages when they get in the server?
On the ticket tool dashboard, I see that it's already chosen on "panel configs," and the top of the page says "No panel selected, Select or Create one," but it doesn't let me click "create one." Is there another way to finish the process? Do we HAVE to finish the process to activate the ability to use ticket tool in our server? ........... EDIT: Never mind. I went back later on, and I clicked the plus sign above, at right, to see if that would work, and it let me finish from there. It was simply missing the button at "create one," like how he said / showed in the video.
how do i make it so the ticket goes into a category, for example i made a category named tickets to place all the tickets inside that category, the ticket channels are getting very messy because they're not organized. please respond

This is more about how you set up your roles. And use bots and reaction roles to automatically assign roles with separate permissions with roles that aren't @everyone.
Why does this video show how to create a ticket button in a private category? Nobody can access it how its shown in the video only people that can view the private channel could open up a ticket

go to his role perms, and activate all of them or adminstator, i recommend all since i dont really know if adminstator itself alone works

it's a permission thing. So you want the new ticket to have the view channel permission disabled for the everyone role

That's in the dashboard of the bot or you need to create a different ticket creation thread
