How to Fill "Use Of A Representative Form" (IMM547e)

In this video, we will go over, step by step, form IMM5476e also know as the Use of A Representative form.
Whether you are applying for your temporary visa, permanent residence, sponsoring your spouse or a family member, you need to fill this form out if
a) you have hired a paid consultant to do the application for you
b) you are sponsoring your spouse/family member and are doing the application for them or
c) a friend is helping you do the application for you

A minor cannot sign. A parent or guardian should on her behalf

Hello, that last part where it says "Signature of Spouse or common-law partner".. if your daughter is married, her partner would fill out that section. If she's single, please leave it blank. The only section a representative would fill out is SECTION B...
