Kindly type your full name as shown on your passport in the signature panel. Once you confirm that all your information is correct, then you click on VALIDATE. This document does not require printing at all or signing by hand. It was never mentioned in the video.

It's IRCC's requirement to have your given name and last name on the signature panel. That is what they want and how they want it so we have to go by their rules. U don't need to print out the form and sign it. Kindly ensure your name on the signature panel is exactly the same on your application form.

Hello dear, i was researching on your question and just found the link which already gives us a clear answer. I logged into my CIC account to pretend like i was doing a study visa application, there is no option to add a dependent child. According to IRCC, You will have to do a separate application for your child and submit both applications in the same envelope with one payment receipt for the total fee for all of your applications.

I need an extra page for my education and work history.Thingking of printing the form and adding an extra page of the section which needs additional page then scanning the pages all together and converting it to pdf.Will that work?
Yes, you can do that. It even says so at the top of the form.... "If you need more space for any section, print out an additional page containing the appropriate section, complete and submit I with your application"

I thought the total amount available for your stay is supposed to be higher than both tuition and living Expenses but in your case it is lower.
Pls don't be thinking. Get the facts directly from the immigration website.

What if my sponsor and I are from the same Mother but not the same Father, how do I prove the relationship hence not the same Surname??
Birth certificate from both of u (you and your sponsor) will prove that because your mother's name will be on both..

24k plus the other years. Add them altogether
If you are in Canada as a visitor and you are applying for a study permit outside of Canada do you have to indicate that you are applying from Canada in the - Country or territory where applying section in the imm1294e form?
If you're already in Canada as a visitor, when you apply, you must follow the instructions for applying from OUTSIDE OF CANADA (which is this form). Your application will be processed in the same amount of time as though you'd applied from your home country, outside of Canada

Your married name is what u should be using since that's what u currently bear. The marriage certificate is there to prove a change of name..

Congratulations on your admission, Lateef. You will now proceed to apply for a study visa, which enables you to leave your country and come to Canada. Upon ur arrival to Canada, you will be issued a study permit, which is a document that authorizes you to study. In essence, the visa allows you to enter Canada while the permit authorizes you to study.

Hi, I'm glad u found the video helpful. To answer your questions, if you are self employed, go ahead and indicate that. Also, they weren't just referring to only Canada. If u were also denied in any other country, kindly indicate that and provide the reason(s). Failure to do so might lead to visa processing delays or denial because these countries communicate with each other so they will find out.

@nellyanderson8623 Rejection doesn't mean u will be denied on your next attempt. There are people who got their visa approved on their 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th attempt. That is why it's advisable to order your GCMS notes to know why u were denied visa and make sure you cover all the bases mentioned by the visa officer that was concernimg to them so that on your next attempt, you will nail it 👍🏾

Congratulations on your admission.
It makes no difference if you're within or outside Canada. Because you have a temporary resident visa, your application will be treated the same as someone who is outside of Canada.
@adaorauzoma pls I am on this same situation pls I I have had my valid visiting visa but fortunately I got admission to can college, do I still need to process a study visa before I can come over or I don't need to, since I have had a valid visiting visa to Canada already??
@chrisnwandu9179 congratulations on your admission.. did you process another visa for the study visa after gotten admission or you still have your visiting visa status.. also did you collected your study permit from the point of entry or where?
You'll need to apply for a study visa that permits you to study legally in Canada. U can not study using your visitors' visa

Yes, you definitely must include that you were previously refused admission into a different country and the reason why.. Keep in mind, immigration communicates with other countries, so any falsified answer will make your application questionable. That another country said NO, doesn't mean that Canada will also say NO. So, be as honest as you can in your application.

The question only asked for the past 10 years, so any work experience prior to that is irrelevant in the application. Pls kindly follow only what the instructions say. Don't start adding extra information that wasn't asked. Secondly... Yes, you also have to indicate you were previously denied and the reason for the denial. Failure to do that might lead to application delay or denial because they already have your previous records.

Marriage refers to two people who are legally married to each other. The term "common law" generally refers to two unmarried people who cohabit or live together as a couple

Hi Michael, what is the name of your school so i can look it up for you? 20 digits makes no sense because even the one i showed in the video is 12 digits and it begins with an (O asin alphabet) not zero 0

@@michaellanguela8356 the DLI number for NBCC is O19391556439. Please try to input it again. Make sure it says with the alphabet O (not zero). If it's still requesting for 20 digits, I'll recommend starting all over again with a fresh form. No DLI in Canada is up to 20 digits..
