Sounds like the timing was a bit advanced

What a nice A10. Let's hope no yuppie turns it into a "bobber"or a "Cafe racer". All it needs is a nice rack. BSA are the best. Not the fastest or the lightest but just look at the poetry of those lovely frame loops...Magic!
Have no fear, I have bought this beautiful machine and I definitely am not a yuppie or a ton up boy it will stay as it is!!
Love the pre unit BSA bikes. The units were a big mistake IMO !
Sort out the carburation, it`s running weak.
No I checked that , it was a little bit retarded which has been done.
