4:24 😂 waffle life. This is so cute and fun, I just can’t help myself. Literally, my proposal, the wedding, and the reception were all shanghaied by some cosmic joke. I love your editing so much. When I tell the story about our marriage, people say, I should write a book of how it all took place because it is so ridiculously funny. This makes me smile so much.
It all started out with not having a proposal because I walked up on the conversation of my husband, asking my dad‘s permission to marry me and I saw that he looked distressed so I screamed to call 911 because he was having another heart attack which he wasn’t and then he spoiled it by explaining in the meantime, me and mom forgot to cancel the 911 call , by the time they showed up it was just celebrating he was just emotional, and I had never seen my stepdad like that. That was just the very beginning of the process that you would think had to be uphill from there.

Omg 😱 I’m dying here. When my parents brought my sister and me to the States to see Disneyworld, we arrived at a nice hotel and my hyper hygiene focused Brazilian and Portuguese mom went to inspect the bathroom…
That’s when she spots them: small square towels (I think they are an American thing because I haven’t seen them in all the countries I’ve lived in or visited). She literally shrieks and tells us that those are “crotch towels” and to never use them 😂

LMAO! I grew up in MA, and traveled down Rt. 1 so so many times visiting my grandmother in Revere. But when I returned from my first trip to Italy…OMG. I had only that morning, climbed Vesuvius and then got on the plane to come home. I still had the dust from the volcano on my legs. I will never forget my parents picking me up at Logan and driving down Rt. 1, and seeing Hooters, and then crying in the backseat because I had just come from the most beautiful country on earth, and the first thing I really see at home is Hooters and the super dirty Rt. 1 highway. LOL! I love that you brought him here, so funny!
