They do have a decent amount of artillery though if I remember correctly, so I'll give them that. The question is how much of the munitions for said artillery would end up as duds, however. Quantity may have a quality of its own, but when your potential adversary can do both quantity and quality at the same time? Let's be honest. They'd stand no chance. The only reason the US hasn't wiped them off the face of the Earth is China + NK having nuclear weapons (Mainly because of China). Otherwise the Korean peninsula would become the Korean island, or the entire peninsula would be under the control of the South Korean government.
