I think dji screwed up royally by overcomplicating what used to be very simple. If I knew how dysfunctional this controller would be I would have bought the one I slap my phone on. What you are describing should be an update that fixes this so we don't have to.

Hello.. PLEASE HELP EVERYONE.. BECAUSE I RECORDED A VIDEO ON DJI AIR 3. BUT AFTER OPEN THE MP4 FILE TO REVIEW IT, THERE IS A PHENOMENON THAT THE PARAMETERS ON THE VIDEO ARE ON THE SCREEN AGAIN... NOW I WANT TO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP..
Bro why does my hp laptop say i need to buy a program to open my screen recordings odd.
Very nice to know the fact that the RC2 may revert back to internal storage (it actually had done this without me removing the SD card). Also nice to know that the screen recordings for some strange reason are placed in "Movies" rather than DCIM. Also very good that you mentioned the need to restart the RC2 (otherwise your screen recordings will still be saven internally, I just want to add som additional information; You do not need to remove the SD card to see the content. Simply turn on the RC controller and connect it to a PC via the USB-C port. You will then get a drive showing up in the explorer named DJI RC2. I this you have two furter drives: android and Internal storage (where android is the SD Card). Under "android", you will find the Movies folder where the screen recordings are saved. I got a very good result with sound included using the DJI Mic.

You dont think he could connect his phone to his computer and copy the file over? Thats how pic and video work to move over?
