Hi. If you updated your RC to the latest firmware version unfortunately it is not possible to install the driver at the moment because the unlock patch does not work with never firmware versions.
@@tuxtard hello thanks for your reply.I only did the first update for activation, and it is this:app version_1.13.10,aircraft firmware:01.00.0500(check for updates),rc firmware_01.03.1700.is it too late? Thankyou
@@Drago758 Unfortunately, last RC firmware that can be unlocked is 01.03.1200.
Hello good day how are you ? When the new video comes out on how to unlock and install the apk, in RC Control, we are looking forward to it hahaha :). Regards thanks
Hi. I am working on it. It should be out in a few days.
Thanks so much, Regards from Argentina, you are a hero :)@@tuxtard
Is this applicable to RCN1?
This adapter should work with Android phones and tablets, but you would need a device with at least 2 USB ports, one for RC-N1 and one for the adapter.
y entonces donde está el video de como desbloquear el rc?
The newer firmware versions are not unlockable, so there is no point.
what about the rc2
RC2 has a HDMI support built in. You just need a regular USB-C to HDMI adapter. Just make sure you're getting a USB-C to HDMI adapter, not a USB-C to DP to HDMI adapter as some are built this way to achieve 4k@60fps output.
Hey, nice trick ! Is it compatible with an IPad ?
Hi. Yes it is, but you will also need a USB-C capture card. You can find many guides online on how to use this capture card, for instance: www.fastcompany.com/90959045/how-to-turn-your-ipad-into-an-hdmi-capable-tv-or-monitor
@@tuxtard thanks for your reply ! Also, will you release a tutorial to unlock DJI RC soon ?
Is it possible for Clean HDMI output?
What this dji mini 3 pro
Hi. Yes, that's Mini 3 Pro.
@@tuxtard Can I just use a mini HDMI to USB C cable?
@@evanevn1878 Only if it has DisplayLink chip inside, but as far as I know, there are no USB-C to HDMI adapters with DisplayLink chips. See how big my adapter is? It's big because it has DisplayLink chip inside that replaces hardware part that DJI RC is missing to produce HDMI signal.
Owh im has check, little expensive for price. 😁
@@evanevn1878 Yes, unfortunately these adapters are more complex and more expensive. Before buying you should first check if you can unlock your DJI RC and gain ability to install drivers. If you are not able to install drivers than you should not waste any money on adapter.
thankss
Hello... bolehkah membuat video tutorial langkah demi langkah dari awal ... semoga kamu selalu sehat
Dj mini 3 ?
Hi. In this video I used Mini 3 Pro, but it will work with regular Mini 3 as well.
Why not just use an Android tablet with mini/micro HDMI output port, combined with whatever drone controller app that runs on Android? You know, like a tablet that some people use for streaming video to their big screen TV. The physical cable should mean no lag.
Sure, you can user RC - N1 controller with an Android devices that has HDMI output. This video is made just to demonstrate that technically you can have HDMI output on RC2 as well, but DJI decided to lock this device so you can't have it out of the box.
@@tuxtard
Thanks.
Do you know what the DJI Fly minimum RAM requirement is, roughly?
I suspect RAM is the most likely potential issue for using their program on some random Android phone/tablet.
@@tuxtard
Have you tried connecting that controller to a nifty little phone USB C connected hub like Anker makes? Then the hub's HDMI outputs to a monitor. But it doesn't work! Some guys who are more skilled at programming that I am have tried to figure it out, tried very hard, but have failed.
But a tablet with mini/micro HDMI output seems like a better solution anyway.
I am not sure what is minimum RAM requirement for DJI Fly app. I was able to use an older DJI Fly app version on my 4GB tablet though.
Unfortunately, I don't have this USB C hub so I wasn't able to check it.
Hello, many thanks for the video. But... US$ 69 (in crypto) for the FCC app, plus hacking the controller, plus NO CLEAN HDMI feed... this will only be worth the hassle when it provides a CLEAN HDMI feed. The image I get on the DJI RC screen is very good already. No need to send it to an external screen. Again, thanks for the video.
Yeah, clean HDMI feed is still not supported by the DJI Fly app. I hope that DJI will add that option in time because previous app DJI Go does support clean HDMI. It would be the best if they implement it as an option because I use external screen to fly and I need telemetry.
This must be fake or you would tell us exactly how to do it step by step.
HOW TO UNLOCK DJI RC FCC WITHOUT PAYING
Hi, I am currently unaware of any method that unlocks DJI RC without the unnecessary FCC patch that is free.
Hi, Would You Please Make A Video On Showing How to Hack That Controller And Also If You Are Possible To Provide That Hack Free Then I will be very thankful to you .
Hi. New firmware version is released. I need to check if it is unlockable first. Also, I didn't make a patch myself so I can't provide it for free, unfortunately.
Ok thx
Hi I'm from Bangladesh... I have dji macvic 3 pro..... I want to connect another big monitor with my dji Rc controller. Is that possible? If possible please help me @Tuxtard
Hi. It is possible if that monitor has HDMI port. If so, you can use the same adapter type with DisplayLink chip as shown in the video and unlocked DJI RC controller.
fake
Hi. It's not, it works. But you need to install DisplayLink driver first and use DisplayLink adapter. You can't install DisplayLink driver and use any other adapter, you have to use DisplayLink driver + DisplayLink adapter.
@@tuxtard I buy exactly and doesnt works
ai ugh this
how to turn off the display hud menu from the remote, this option has only to RC Pro
Hi. Currently it is not possible because both DJI RC and RC 2 only mirror the screen via HDMI.
@@tuxtard yes, then that means I have to buy RC PRO
