What is needed is finding a person... I type in name and get to many results. I use name and company name.. does not seel to work. So how to narrow the search.

Try searching for the name+company, like “Mike Jones+Ford”. Should show you all Mike Jones that have Ford as part of their company name.

Anytime you see LinkedIn member, that means that person got temporarily blocked by LinkedIn
