I was attracted by the title, Loneliness, and I am 25 minutes in and so far nothing on loneliness... except the loneliness that I feel by being tricked into this video....
Loneliness is a deep and serious topic for me. There are very few good resources for this subject and it affects me more than many of my peers. I was excited to listen to a long-format talk about loneliness, its effects, and some workable solutions (as your podcast title suggests), but you guys were seriously not on topic (more than 30 min before the first mention of the topic, and then much more time after that spent not on topic.) Maybe that's common for your talks, I am a newcomer, but I'm wondering if you could please try this again, with less divergence from the topic. As a side note - it seems to me that all three of you have good, robust social circles with good support structures. None of you seem to be any more familiar with the research on this subject than I am. I know you mentioned preferring shows with no guest, but maybe a guest would be helpful to you (and me) for this topic.
