    Just started watching your channel not too long ago when I decided to begin working out. Been watching your new videos and they really help out a lot! My favourite workout for sure is the Pushups with the dumbbells since its the hardest one to continuously keep doing but it helps muscles all around the body. I highly recommend continuing them in future videos been loving the content!

    Thanks for doing this, I just did it. Used 17.5 pound dumbbells. I’m still an ectomorph at 123 pounds. Any advice on how to gain weight? I’ve been taking creatinine and whey but haven’t really seen an increase except I’m more toned. I’ve been doing workouts similar to this 6 days a week

    Love this another great workout definitely felt the burn on that 1, ok I am after some guidance about a weekly workout routine, I normally do 20 mile spin daily what’s the best option with regards to a good body strength workout along the lines of this hiit thing, I’m trying to basically cut up?

    I don't necessarily want to burn calories. I want to build mass, would you still recommend this workout if I do reps of 12/15?

      For sure. You need to push yourself each set and make sure you're getting as much blood pumped into the muscles as possible
