Needed this RIGHT NOW ❤️🙏 My body has been my enemy lately and it's starting to really effect my mind and emotions. You're exactly right about fear taking over. I get so in tuned with negative thoughts and what if's. Going to connect better with my ❤️ instead of beating myself up about it.
We all get so tuned in with our negative thoughts and what ifs! And then it's that vicious cycle that plays into itself. Hope you've had some relief. Love to you! ❤
crazy timing, i’ve been extremely anxious the past 2 weeks and suffering from panic/anxiety attacks nearly everyday sometimes twice a day. with that came a looot of stomach issues. right now i feel discomfort in my right abdominal & groin area and i’ve already made a doc appt for tomorrow but i’m still really anxious over it. i really hope it isn’t a hernia or something else with my abdomen because i’m terrified. thank you for this! ❤️
This resonated big time. My anxiety always has centered around throwing up or crapping my pants, which also led to Agoraphobia. I'm recovering going on 7 years, but I do need to listen to my heart.
You are exactly saying how I feel almost every day: Am I getting sick or is this just anxiety. I'm definitely going to try your tips! I was really surprised by it, because I didn't expect you would say listen to your heart xD. So definitely going to try it! Thank you for sharing and making us toilet anxiety people feel less alone :). You have no idea what your impact is! Some days when it is bad, I really think back to a previous video of yours where you were so scared of going on a hike and thought things would go wrong, but you went anyway! Then I say to myself: AnxietyMamma did it, I can do it too!
Sooooo thankful I found this channel years ago! Your advice is spot on and I’ll definitely be using it next time I’m out. Thank you for all that you do for us anxious folks!
All of this resonates with me. This pandemic has definitely made my anxiety return with a vengeance. I try as much as possible to push myself, I have successful days and days where the anxiety wins and I don’t go out or drive or anything. It’s a battle everyday.
Thank you so much. Please, don't stop making videos about this topic. It helps so much to know that I'm not the only one or that I'm crazy. I honestly don't know if this has a cure, but people like you make it easier. Thanks so much for your love and support. You are so brave! You are like a light of hope in all this darkness. Take care and be happy :)
Here is the reason behind your problem and also, how to become normal again - Because of some reason, you are constantly thinking, focusing and getting anxious about bowel movement all the time. This leads to an imbalance in the secretion of amount of hormones that regulate the process of bowel movement. Whatever that goes in our mind is directly related to the hormones in our body. Hormones are furthur directly related to the feelings we have. Thus, an imbalance in hormones causes an imbalance in feelings and this is exactly why you are feeling to get fresh all the time. You can become normal again but you will need to fix your thought process at first! Follow these steps- 01. Start by practicing on relaxation techniques. Tell yourself to "calm down and relax and everything is alright" whenever you feel like getting fresh again and again. 02. The less you think the better it is. But whenever you think, try to think clearly and don't be confused...
For sure I do!! I think its part of dealing with IBS, for me anyway. But in a way, thats actually helped me to accept it more. Sometimes my stomach is going to be off, and I just need to be gentle with myself and not beat myself up when that happens. I basically just have to remind myself that everybody has their "something annoying" that they deal with, and this is mine, and thats ok. I have a pretty good arsenal of things that help with my real physical symptoms, such as having a peppermint and licorice tea to settle my stomach, or certain yoga poses that relieve some of the bloating/GI issues. And you know, sometimes I just have to find a toilet and let loose 🤣 and thats ok!
@@LaurenRose. Yeah, I definitely find it hard to be gentle with myself at times, even though I know that's what I need really! My stomach is usually trying to tell me something is off (that I'm overwhelmed, upset, etc) so I'm trying to listen to what's going on inside, rather than feel frustrated and scared of the physical symptoms! Hope you're well xx
