Great series. Well thought out essential information. for first timers and return visitors. I have been through Narita 30plus times since it opened. There is always something new. Thank you for giving me an update.
For the green regular suica card, from the official JR East website, it still say no suica card. It depend on on site situation too, so it's difficult to confirm whether you can still get them. And Yes, there is JR East service center in terminal 2. www.jreast.co.jp/multi/en/customer_support/service_center.html But currently the welcome suica card, you still can get it from the airport JR East service center.
Pretty good video, many thanks. For viewers, please also make the effort to learn the basics of Japanese culture as it is a detail oriented society and not any visitor's theme park. Yes, it will be different from where you live.
Will there be a video for Haneda Airport? That's the airport I'm landing arriving to Japan in a few months and a video similar to this would be helpful
Yes, you can store at JAL ABC counter, at either the north or south wing. Here's the link for your reference, you can store up to 30 days. www.jalabc.com/en/hands-freetravel/baggage-storage.html
Visit japan web is just another option from the immigration and custom declaration paper forms. Depending on the input information, if they need to question you, they still will, but it is much faster than the paper forms since you have already submit your information probably into their system when you submit online.
While you transit in narita airport, you don't need to go through customs, but you will have to go through security screening. Reference - www.narita-airport.jp/en/airportguide/connect/inter-inter/#3.Connection%20procedure
