This is a compilation of some of our best advanced drills. Get out there, give them a go and let us know what you think 👍. Don't forget to like, comment and subscribe. Enjoy guys!
really like all your content, very clear, applicable and the Hi Def really help too. Could you do a video on one handed top-spin backhand - that would be great. An artist's stroke 😉
I’ve never been a fan of the really fast paced forehand drills. Always found form suffers as it does with the two students I see in this compilation. Like the rest though. Use many of them myself.
Hey Bruce. Thanks for the comment and good point. It’s more to do with developing acceleration and racket head speed in order to hit a heavier ball. However, maximum racket head speed is nothing if the technique and shape isn’t there. So thanks for pointing out! And will def have another look back at these clips of my players.
@@SupremeTennis completely agree the issue is the rushed shot tends to ruin the form. I think it was the third drill, teenage boy, he definitely wasn’t getting much rotation and his stroke was suffering because of it. I believe if just a tad more time is given between shots that can help fix the problem.
@@SupremeTennis yeh played a few matches there against your 1st and 2nd teams for middlessex men’s doubles. Lovely club! And really great videos by the way!
@@SupremeTennis I was captaining the Will to Win Chiswick team at the time, a few years ago. Both your teams were solid! Unique place there, difficult to forget that layout with the surrounding houses!
Ah cool! Yeah decent team. Also coached at VA west London and Hartswood too. Now play at David Lloyd Acton park as well. Small world. What is your name?

There are some really good drills, but not the best for sure, looks like that some player need harder tactical drills.
Thanks for the feedback. Let me know of any drills you’d recommend? Would love to see. Thanks 👍
