Its given that to correct hyperkalemia , 25-50% 💯 ml dextrose with 10 units insulin is given (one of the ways of correction of hyperkalemia). Could u please tell wat should be the rate of infusion of this solution also how long to continue, wats the protocol?

10 units of Short acting insulin in 25% D 100 ml over 10-20 mts
