Thank you for the support brother. The software im using is videoscribe. Unfortunately the map cannot be downloaded as a single piece. The software allow it to be converted into power point slides though, but ive never tried it bfre.
In terms of apa ya? Ada bnyak 'fours' actually in asthma but yg specifically called "golden questions" saya tk sure. But here are some lists that may help. To evaluate newly diagnosed asthma: (Reference: Paediatric Protocol Malaysia) 1. how many daytime sx 2. how many nocturnal sx 3. does exercise induce asthma? 4. does exacerbation affects sleep or other normal daily activity? *this is to classify asthma into intermittent/persistent type, mild moderate or severe To assess asthma control (in already diagnosed patient), roughly the same mcm kat atas (Reference: Paediatric Protocol Malaysia) 1. how many daily sx in average per week? 2. how many nocturnal sx/awakening in a week 3. how many times reliever/rescue treatment needed per week? 4. is there any limitation of activity? *this is to classify patient asthma as controlled, partially controlled or uncontrolled 4 classical asthma sx: (Reference: John Murtagh General Practice) 1. wheezing 2. nocturnal coughing 3. chest tightness 4. breathlessness
