So superman being a vampire won’t work for the long run because he is powered by sunlight, and staying in darkness forever practically means he’ll eventually go back to being as weak as a human. But I guess he’d still be a vampire

Like someone else said he say in 6 it was because of Starfire's blood, he gloats about it before he curb stomps Tim. As for Dick getting turned there's a sect of vampires in Blüdhaven that have always wanted this and they convince him to join their side

Dick and Cass have both bested each other in combat pre new 52. Really depends on who’s writing with these two characters. They’re the only two in the Family who have bested Batman in single combat fair and square after all.
Say it however you like but she’s not defeating a vampire Nightwing. Cassandra is a deadly but she’s still human and the fucking vampire king. I’m starting to think you didn’t even pay attention to the video

This might be too nerdy but I would assume it's impossible for superman to be turned into a vampire being his abilities are heavily based on exposure to the sun and that he's a battery for that energy. So, either he's not getting enough of that energy so just becomes more human-like with vampire abilities or the sun energy would burn away any vampire stuff that would enter his blood.

Dude ever since they turned Superman my brain can't stop thinking about the logistics of that. I'm sure they're just gonna explain it away with him getting his power from blood now or he's able to still withstand sunlight

Since the vampires have improved strength I guess it get it, but NW taking down all of the batfam at the same time Is just ridiculous to me, especially Cassandra. Personally I'm a Red Hood fan and think he can take on Dick, so the fact that he "systematically" takes them all out doesn't sit right with me
Edit: I saw the full comic and Jason actually put up a fight instead of getting insta-killed, awesome. Still don't get how Cass went down though.

If it was 1v2 or even 1v3, yeah, a vampire NW could beat members of the Bat Family.
But the core members minus Batman, Batgirl and Spoiler? That just doesn't add up.
Especially Cassandra? Nightwing beats Cass more often than not, and now he's a vampire
@@thundereagle97 They've had their fair share of times, but Cassandra is deadlier than NW for sure. Even in Task force z Issue 8 Jason was more worried about Cass than the others for a reason. I think Cass is more skilled than NW, so I disagree with your statement.

If they were all fighting I don't see how NW would win that, I was thinking because he was a Vampire but Jason was holding his own even against that, so no way he would beat them all
The one thing you have to take into account is the history of Nightwing. As much promise and prowess Cassandra shows, its still Nightwing, the first Robin, the one trained by Bruce in a more hands on manner than the others, he trained them sure but Nightwing is the prodigal son, even being the best fit for being Batmans replacement aside from Tim but thats only potentially.

Before the reveal came, I was seriously doubting Red Hood. With his mask, it would've been easy to hide his fangs and tells.

I thought the same thing at first, but then I remembered Superman is not Batman, in that he is more trusting and respecting of people’s privacy partially because he can so easily violate it. He probably has trained himself to filter out his teammates’ vital signs, not look at them with X-ray vision etc out of respect for them.

I'll be honest I'm not feeling this story anymore after the last 2-3 issues.
It seems to me that all of this could have been avoided if Batman and Wonder woman werent such a morons in this story.
I mean Batman himself states that martian manhunter is most likely not able to turn but instead of asking him for help he sends him far away mid battle with a teleporter.
Supes entire thing is that he gains power by absorbing sunrays, how in the world could he be turned into a vampire and not depower after a few days?
Supes would be the one guy Bats could trust because he needs the sun to use his powers.
Wonder woman suspects Hal killed Flash but instead of telling her teammates she goes to attack him solo which gets her bit.
It just seems to me that the vampires are winning not because they're outsmarting everyone but because the entire DC hero roster decided to take stupid pills.
I totally agree with you, besides I'm getting tired of flash dying in all of these alternate universes, they are making injustice universe but with vampires, i mean the one with no powers are humans and those with powers are vampires

Yeah, I'm not feeling this story either. Whoever wrote this doesn't know the DC characters very well.
On one hand I like the Batman doesn't get heavy plot armor in this story and that they show him making mistakes. But on the other hand, batman failing to keep any of the league besides Martian Manhunter, especially Superman, alive and on his side is a major strategic error
Tom Taylor is also dropping deceased undead Gods So watch out for that

I thought they did away with the colour yellow being a Green Lantern weakness.
In the fight w Red Hood v Nightwing, Red Hood haD the upper hand the whole fight until WW came in. Red Hood was even saying how he's held back over the years. Red Hood better fighter confirmed? Maybe.
But nightwing beat Cassandra cain, so i think not. Also this is an else world story.
Also would Jason really hold back? Is that in his nature? I don't think so tbh.

I forget what issue it was, but Red Hood even gives Batman a run for his money.
Bats and Hood were fighting, Batman had the upper hand and Hood said: "I'm taking the gloves off". Turning the tables explaining that even though Hood had been kicked out of Lady Shiva's school after 6 weeks, he had more than made up for the difference in formal fighting training.
Seriously making Batman go on the defensive.

This is the most ridiculous off-shoot for a story. Green Lantern should have lost his ring when he died, there is no way the ring would have stayed with him even after. Superman didn't notice the lack of a heart beat? Martian Manhunter has a psychic connection... Also superman is a solar battery... SO DUMB!

Yeah, its basically Batmans fault. He had so many opportunities to try to convince them but he didn't do anything. Its not shown in this video but Cyborg stops the fighting at one point and tries to get to the bottom of thing and batman could have poured Holy water on everyone or something but instead he goes back to fighting.
Its also worth saying that Green Arrow could have killed Green Lantern in the cave and everyone would have seen him turn to ash but he misses on purpose

In an older comic, Superman vs Dracula, it was established that vampires can’t bite superman. Dracula bit him, but since Superman’s blood is charged with sunlight, it kills Dracula.
Also, the JL would be smart enough to not make any major decisions or take anyone’s word without some form of vampire detection.

Poor Tim, I wonder how long before DC says he was just Batman tech help and never a Robin. I could see him becoming Oracle, wheelchair and all at this rate.
I'd question how Hal is still allowed to be a Green Lantern while being an evil vampire, but it's no surprise given the history of the Guardians. After all, Sinestro was allowed to have a dictatorship rule over his planet for years. And the Guardians only stopped him to save face.
I'm pretty sure Diana was immune to mind control, but this is a different continuity.
