Andrew where u at lol help ur boy out Mustang lifestyle get. Him up an running right 🎉
Isn’t Andrew ( Mustang Lifestyle) your friend? Why don’t you ask him for help.
We have been talking. Car has some wiring gremlins. Definitely needs a full bottom up electrical diag
It really makes me mad how they did him like that. Everything looked so sloppy. He needs to talk about getting money back for that job, the fuel lines really got me, that's a major safety hazard. Like I've seen someone swap it better in their garage. This is part of the reason I'm hesitant on getting my 3v swapped by a shop, theres no one I feel like I can trust in GA to do swap. 😂
The general error code 21000 is going to be an ground issue. And the other 10007 I think in the video is a file issue. If you updated the sct tuner, you need to contact sct and get them to put an old file on it and you should be fine. But I had this is exact issue with my 2001 cobra gen 2 swap. I fixed the issue with grounding and ended up firing and working so. Hopes this helps towards the sct and tuning issue.
I knew your car wasn’t right when he didn’t even put the screws that go to the ignition coils in. Something that simple to do and he chose not to do it. So I automatically assumed he didn’t do a lot of things that you paid him a lot of good money for. I hope you get everything fixed man and get this machine back on the road! Best of luck man
The loose wire appears to be a ground. Check it for power. If its a ground wire it should help with the 21000 code.
Also bad grounds can play a part in the communication of the obd port.
If they replaced any wiring, I would double-check to make sure the pinning for the plugs match up. Could explain certain things not working correctly.
Love the car bro, hope u get it running right. My stang I just bought is giving me a headache as well. Best of luck to the both of us 🙏🙏
Watching from Louisville, Kentucky keep awesome content coming sir
You just can’t let anybody work on your car👍🏽
Theoretically, you did the interior swap, and its a coyote engine, shouldn't you just be able to do a straight swap for all the wiring, engine and body hardness for like a later s197 that had a coyote in it? Or did you get the interior from like a 2010?
its an 11-14 interior, so that might be a possibility
The fuse box on the passenger side is your body control module
Man I'm sorry to hear your having so many problems with the mustang trust me it's the same with Corvette's as well
I recently had that issue with communication to my scanner. The person who done my swap kept the ABS module/pump on the car the engine went into and that vin did not match the ECU. When I put the ABS module/pump from the donor car I was able to communicate with the vehicle and it started up for me. I had no idea the ABS module/pump would prevent my scanner from communicating with the ECU on cars but this is my first Mustang.
For the instrument panel problems I have no idea about that one, I haven’t had that issue before.
My swap was the opposite of yours, I have a 3V swapped into a 2014 (V6). All the 2014 wires were replaced with the wires from the 2008 GT donor car.
Prime example of getting an entire 5.0 donor and swap the entire wiring from what’s under the interior, behind the dash, and engine harness, computers everything swap it all and this issue will be no more
Ngl i think you might've took your car to one of those bummy car shops that don't do their jobs right and just did a half ass job to make quick money out of you. Should maybe look for a different and better shop to send ur mustang or if you can try looking some stuff up online to see what you can do at home.
Now i would say you might have to get a lawyer involved get ya money back since he basically screwed you over more than he did fix the car and find an actual shop that's willing to work on your car properly. Or maybe ask the people at the shop you sent the car to if they can help since they did this.
But maybe other people in the comments can be more help than me.👍👍
So sorry to hear about the car dilemma man. Honestly this type of car is out of my league for knowledge. But if water got on the fuse box, I would just check and see if you are getting voltage with a multimeter to the fuses themselves as you could have a relay or wire burnt somewhere. I know from experience that electricity does not mesh with water well. lol Seriously though check that out first for the gauges and such not working. As for your error codes. Maybe look up the code numbers that show up on the screen for each error? Just a thought man. It seems both of us are having car trouble. I recently spent quite a bit of money having my heads, head gaskets and electrical issues repaired on my 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP coupe. Worked fine going to work on Friday then went downhill coming home. I'm trying to call the guy at the shop to see what he can do for me. Kind of sucks the shop won't help you out. Good luck man and hopefully somebody on here can point you in the right direction. Would suck to end up parting out your Mustang after all the time and money you spent on it.
You said he took out the control pack, that’s probably why your tuner doesn’t work if I’m following this correctly.
I swear I already watched this video yesterday
You need to go over wiring diagrams and make sure everything is wired right and sensors are pluged in. You also should check fuses because of the shitty install. You also should get forscan so you can make sure vins match in modules and if not write them to your vin. Sucks shop said fuck it here you go. Just keep ya head up and go over it with a fine tooth comb and you can really clean it up and fix careless mistskes obviously made from the shop
Time for the GT350 or C7. Almost sounds like too much trouble to deal with now.
You should mention the shop name for others to avoid going there. You did your part as a customer and paid them, they didn't do their part as a shop and fix the car. Was it that guy Nick that has been in some of your older videos? They didn't fix the A/C or bolt up the exhaust. The guy didn't even bolt down the coils, man smh... Name them for real, otherwise they know there will be no consequences for their sh!t work.
You can see the name of the shop on the back of the guy’s shirt when he dropped the car off on a previous video. The shop name and the telephone number are on his shirt.
@@newfie-dean5803 Thanks! It was that guy Nick from his previous videos.
If your near Phoenix Arizona I know a good mechanic
If India was a car.. 👀
your problem is your doing way too much on this one car....just get another.
You need to take that shop to court. He did a shit job last time. I would take it to vmp. Aren't they by you?
WHYYYY 😢😢😢😭😭😭😭😭
Why are you crying I feel lk I got to some hands on you
Poor guy
All this money dumping sounds like you might as well go with the Terminator X
what about geting help from andrew ?
You bet Andrew we’re are you
Wouldn’t run it anymore until it’s tuned, if everything else is this bad, I wouldn’t wanna risk hurting the motor
no more vets man
i know what’s wrong with it
it ain’t got no gas in it 😂
Get a 13-14 GT500
Sounds like the shop you went to did a half ass job i would have took it back made them fix it right then never do business with them again you spent way too much money for that bullshit
You got hustled, that's your problem
ask nick or anderw for help
You messed up when you put it on the trailer. I would’ve waited until they were open again to show them it’s not right. Now you can fight them all you want and they’re just gonna say “you took the car”
Sad you payed to have your car fixed but people just rip people off at garages anymore
No offense but Andrew is kind of a hack. I’d give Power By the Hour a call.
What does andrew have to do with it?
Wow, that broke quickly.
Send it to Pickering Ontario Canada Dasilva Racing. Joe DaSilva will exceed your expectations for the car. 💯
