I had a virtual interview and they asked 4 situational questions and one about how do I align with deltas attributes, that was not what I was expecting I had 4 situations well thought out in star method , I read all about Delta ( mission statement, core values etc,, ) so I did well Just like you suggested in this video ✨
When it’s the team event if u have previous experience would you say give your team the knowledge of ur previous experience or just ask them what they think about doing this or doing that etc cuz I think the galley cart is where I went wrong
Approach it with a clean slate. Simply consult with each other and work as a team. Take note of any safety related details. Always pay attention to how you communicate with others as well!

I retired from my 1st 3 yrs ago which was in health/rehabilitation and required much personal interaction over the years. I feel that a FA position would suit me well; I consider myself a people person and client-centric. So, applied and was invited to Event Day and F2F on 4/27/23. Because of my background, I'm thinking they're looking for "seasoned" or "life experienced" personnel. Did you find that at your Event? Thx!!

During the in-person interview read the room, try to connect with interviewer, during the other activities engage and take note of safety related issues or cues and point them out when you can. I had the F2F interview, and in the end, we were divided into zones 1-3. I was in Zone 2 and felt very disappointed that I possibly did not get the job. I checked my profile to see what my official status is, and it states "qualifications under review" Is this a good or bad thing. It broke my heart when I did not receive a CJO. I wanted this position so bad.
