How to do photography before treatment when patient presents with pain and is not expecting u to ask for a photo instead of giving relief?
Dr. I think often times the assistant feels that while suctioning the suction may get in the way of your vision where you're currently focused and working on even just for a moment, so they may deem it important to ask can I suction before they do it themselves.

Hey sir ,i am really really confuse at this moment i have got a good aggregate in nums like i have both opportunities for mbbs as well as bds in AMC pindi i am like more into dentistry while all others are saying that should go for mbbs as bds isn't worth it in Pakistan you'll end up regretting can you please guide me and give me the best possible suggestion, waiting for your response.
