I swear I don't know whats up with these Royal portraits. They are awful. King Charles new portrait is bad and this one of Queen Elizabeth looks like she was dead when they painted it. There was also a magazine cover of Princess Catherine that was atrocious. It looked nothing like her. There are so many great artists in the world. They need to find one.
Yeah there is something fishy going on with the art. I just don't get it! I laugh them off. Kind of like Aislin comic strip used to do to famous people.
Read the room - people are no longer enthralled by them and the artists are taking the p..s. That's how the public perceive them!

Older generation had washable baby naps , we returned bottles . Had glass returnable milk bottles . Didn't have take away. Only had a corner shop, not supermarket fill with all the food in containers that you throw away after opening them . Had string shopping bags or paper bags.

100% cotton diapers. What happened to those? Two babys...I loved washing and folding my babies diapers. So soft and easy to potty train . Hello! Because they felt it.
We didn't have plastic anything .. everything was glass and recycled.
We did have fish and chip shops, but my mam wouldn't let us eat greasy chips. 😂

@manichairdo9265 yes we did, but we ate them out of recycled news paper, with wooden forks, and not the polystyrene trays and plastic forks they use now.

Good for Fergie, but I'm sorry, the painting of Her Majesty is awful & feels disrespectful, especially w her eyes closed! It's a very good likeness, but it feels like the artist is saying she's dead(closed eyes), she's the past, so let's move on! Just another recently awful portrait of a RF member. I'd much rather have a "normal" portrait for future generations to have as reference & not another piece of pop culture.

LADIES! LADIES! LADIES! To avoid premature ageing and chronic wrinkling, do yourselves a favour and ingest AT LEAST 1000mgs Vit C DAILY. Vit C helps the body to build vital COLLAGEN. Had Fergie and Caroline Kennedy done this daily routine, neither would have faces like wrinkled dried prunes. I so hope that Fergie's daughters are taking adequate VIT C daily, given that they each their Mom's genes.
Even the least expensive like Ascorbate is better than nothing. I lived on about 2000mgs Ascorbate (spaced out with 500mgs four times a day) from my mid-20's onwards. My 2nd tip is using CeraVe Retinol Serum or any other from 25yrs of age onwards. I wish that I could get DIFFERIN here in South Africa, because if I could I'd use that instead, but I am extremely happy with CeraVe Retinol.

Where is Kate , after 5+ months on preventative treatment for cancer we have not see nor heard from her, only ai generated photos.
She behaves like a royal for living in the royal lodge. And she likes to drink. And is not much of a character.
