Low air density (hot climate) + heavy fuel load + graduated power take-off on a long runway + quad = long take-off run.

4 Trent 700 are on A345 and A346, 2 Trent 700 are on A332 and A333. 4 CFM56 are on A342 and A343.

From your video, I see that they don't serve food or land the aircraft. I guess you have to go on other airlines for that.
